Spacious and comfortable rom, free streetside parking (19.00 - 09.00), free wireless internet access, city centre location (by railway station ... walking distance to shops, city centre etc.) Breakfast was basic but ok. Hotel is an old building and bathrooms/fittings are in need of refurbishment/modernisation. Overall no complaints ... would stay there again as it was reasonable value for money. Would have preferred a greater choice of restaurants close by, but we arrived later than planned to have researched more. |

Very friendly staff, very comfortable, excellent location close to the railway station and very quiet even though overlooking the square. |

Excellent, courteous, attentive staff. They could not have been more helpful. Very clean. Good continental breakfast.Very handy for station and rest of town, Interior decor a bit garish - a very minor point. |

Place and price the fact they propose breakfast in the room and when you ask for it they try to convince you to not take it because it is more expensive and you would have more choice on breakfast room! So why proposing breakfast in room? on op o it the choice in breakfast room was very poor |

Friendly staff, convenient location, updated room. We had two rooms for our family. One room had new bedding and curtains and a nice view toward the street and was more appealing than the older style room, which had dated bedding and an unappealing view. |

Staff cheerful and helpful; the view from our room of the famous train station absolutely stunning; value for money hard to beat. Alerion will be our first choice on our next trip to Metz. |

La situation proche du centre ville et de la gare, la vue sur cette superbe gare (chambre à 67 euros), l'amabilité du personnel, la tranquilité de l'hotel. la devanture ne paye pas de mine. |

La qualité de l'accueil : personnel très sympathique et la situation géographique : proche de la gare et à 5 min à pied du centre-ville. Très pratique lorsqu'on vient en train. Hôtel mal insonorisé. |

Le calme dans l'hotel et la possibilité de stationnement sans trop de problème dans le quartier Le petit déjeuner est perfectible (choix limité en produits salés et jus d'orange assez chimique) |

L'accueil est très sympathique. L'emplacement est idéal pour un court séjour car près de toutes les commodités (bus, gare etc...) La literie est très bonne . Je n'ai pas testé le petit déjeuner.Ma chambre( 206) était très calme |

Sehr gute Lage mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Hotel Personal waren sehr nett und freundlich. Auf jedenfalls empfehlenswert. Frühstück könnte besser sein. |

Les chambres sont très confortables et d'une propreté irréprochable. Personnel d'une extrême gentillesse. L'hôtel, dans ses parties communes, est assez vétuste (cage d'escalier, ascenceur, etc.). |

Le personnel a été très aimable et très attentif à mon confort! Des cloisons fines; entendre son voisin ronfler ou aller aux wc nécessite d'avoir des boules quiès!! |
