Very friendly owner, staid up late to ensure that all went smooth for my arrival. Easy drive into Beaune. Hotel is on the road into Beaune, traffic starts early. |

The best hospitality we have had in a long time. Friendly, helpful and kind. Easy to access from motorway, secure parking and easy walking distance into town. Interesting old town and lovely countryside nearby with vineyards and chateaux. Good breakfast nothing to dislike!! |

The fact that it was a family run hotel. The owners were immensely sweet and helpful, and were keen for us to experience a comfortable stay. We would definitely use the hotel again if we were in the area for a holiday Our room was close to the road and therefore a bit noisy |

A comfortable, basic small hotel with incredible service. We received a warm wlecome and helpful advice. Good location with easy drive into Beaune. Terrific breakfast. Incredible value for the area. I would stay there again. I would have picked the room that offfered a shower instead of the bathtub with the handheld shower device. |

The hotel is pleasant and the staff quite friendly. The staff gave recommendations for restaurants and also gave us a discount on a wine-tasting we did. The internet connection did not work well while we were there; the staff tried to help but there seemed to be a problem beyond their control. |

Truly exemplary service - a husband and wife team who really know how to run a hotel and who are assiduous in making sure you have a comfortable experience, including driving five of us to the restaurant of our choice. Spotlessly clean. Breakfast great value. WiFi works. |

Very friendly staff. Good location: 10 minutes on foot from the centre of the town. Free parking. Small room. Very small bed but this is not a lack of this hotel:all French beds are very small. If possible, twin beds are better. |

The staff are very friendly, very neat room, nice smell in the room, centre of Beaune is only a good walk away, hotel is opposite Aldi warehouse which is convenient. It was a pitty there wasn't airconditioning because the room was very hot hence the temperature (29°C) and also we would've liked the room with the blue light under the bed (mind you, the hostess did great effort to get us another room close to what we liked). |
