The owner was very friendly and accommodating. The room was cozy and clean. In our room the shower was extremely small, and the toilet was electric - and noisy. Road noise can be a problem in the morning if the window is open. |

Michel (owner) was a delight, so friendly and eager to please; Isabelle (his wife) was a bit more business-like but still very nice; She speaks a bit of English; breakfast was great and very worth the price; there is gated parking; there is a bar also; The bed was lighted which was a bit strange and will keep us laughing for a long time; there are also many other unique lights at this hotel--very funny! room was very clean--nice cleaning staff; Michel will drive you to town for dinner if you like-nice service; we were given a restaurant recommendation with a free appertive courtesy of the hotel and the meal was excellent Room was small and the shower head was not mounted on the wall so you had to kneel in the tub to try to take a shower--very uncomfortable! Parking lot is very tiny so parking requires a lot of work to position the car. |

Very helpful owners - keen to explain all that was needed and to provide the best service. It is a B&B arrangement (pay extra for breakfast) and the continental breakfast is good value. It's an easy drive or a 20-minute walk from the centre of Beaune which is a lovely place. |

The hosts were warm, gracious and helpful, the room and bathroom were very comfortable and clean, breakfast was delicious and a great value, and the owner was willing to drive us to town for dinner (although it is only a 15 minute walk) and then pick us up. Definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a nice place to stay at a very reasonable rate. |

Very clean, quiet, comfortable, and easy access to freeway and to historic walled city of Beaune. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Excellent value for money. Easy, secure parking. Highly recommended. Not in a scenic part of town, but who cares? The beautiful old town is just 1-2km away. |

Free parking and the bed. Stabel and free wifi. It was clean and seemed renewed. Friendly staff, she showed the room. A bit close to the traffic road, too much noise to keep the window open. |

We were made to feel very welcome by the host and hostess. The breakfast was good value and the rooms more than adequate for the price we paid The weather was very hot and although we knew there was no air conditioning we would have liked the use of a fan (which they could not supply) |

Well located: an easy stopover from the highway, but also lots of interesting places to visit in the area. Very modestly priced, excellent value for money. The constant noise of the ventilation system in our room was slightly annoying. |

Location was convenient for the town, plenty of parking, pleasant position with quite a nice view from our bedroom window and not overlooked. Although there was a shower screen over the bath there was only a hand-held shower head and the water pressure for this was very poor. |

Extremely friendly reception from moment we stepped in, showed us brochures and local tourism spots. Breakfast was an absolute pleasure with excellent hands on service and food. Plenty smiles to go around! Entire hotel and room smelt lovely, fresh & clean. Situated just down the road from majore tourist spots. Guests made to feel like part of the family. Absolutely no complaints, thanks for great and welcoming service. |
