Unwelcoming, unhelpful, uni-lingual staff. Wireless here is 22 euros for the cheap rate. The hotel is currently being renovated. The rooms are very small and pretty with a very functional bath shower arrangement. There are good towels. Sheets and a very comfy bed too. Small closet for clothes too. First impressions are very important and at this small hotel the reception staff are curt, very unhelpful as if it would be a shock to provide anything other than a key, and very ill natured. When I asked if they had an adapter for my computer the receptionist made a big fuss about how difficult the clients were – no one else was in sight and she wouldn't help. Another staff member who appeared to be the cleaning lady went to search but could find anything all while the receptionist was sighing and grumbling.

Cute hotel in a strategic location of the 14th arrondissement. Proximity to metro station and buses to most areas of Paris, and to a variety of shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The personnel was extremely kind and welcoming. The room had impeccable modern furniture, which made it warm and comfortable, and was equipped with a large, flat screen tv. The bathroom was all renovated in a very elegant style. The hotel is very clean. And the ratio price-quality, for Paris, is excellent indeed. I will certainly go back there next time I am in Paris. The room had no refrigerator. Not a big problem for me, especially because I went in winter. I don' t know whether other bigger rooms are also without refrigerator (I was in a single room).

The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is located between 2 subway station, shops near by, the location is ok. Room was clean. The internet connection is too expensive. During my stay, the system to make room keys did not work so that i had to ask the staff open my room each time.

The rooms were all new and redecorated (except ceiling) so it was a surprise to find high standard for that price.... Is a bit weird they ask you for the key if you go out, nowadays... Also the guy asked me twice if I had breakfast, I think he thought I was lying when I said no!

The hotel was overall a good choice. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities one would need for a comfortable trip. The hotel staff were more than helpful and even stored our luggage for the day after we checked out of the hotel. My boyfriend, who does not speak French, arrived early and they spoke English well and were very polite to him. Also, we had two separate reservations: one from the 7-9 and another from the 9th to the 10th which the hotel combined for us so that we would not have to switch rooms. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to important metro lines and lots of restaurants and bakeries. Overall, it is a hotel I would visit again but I would not pay more than 80 or 90 euros for a room. The hotel was under construction while we were visiting so if you happened to be in your room at the wrong time it was extremely loud. (Although the hotel was very good about stopping and starting construction at reasonable hours) Also, the doors are not soundproof at all and we were often awaken early in the morning by maids screaming at each other across the hall. Two mornings a maid's cell phone went off next to our door and it took her several minutes to come silence it each time. Finally, since it is a relatively small hotel, they only have one room key which means you must leave your room key with the front desk every time you leave the building.

Very clean and comfortable room Room was small but we only used it as a base to sleep there. We would use it again as it was super cheap for Paris and the shower was new and all good though

The location was good, the room was clean and confortable, the staff was friendly and was always trying to help. Being in Paris there was no problem speaking in english or spanish with the staff. There was a strange smell in the rug, beside that small detail there is nothing to complain

Clean, cozy, calm zone and not too far away from the centre of Paris. It has 2 metro stations near. Nice breakfast and nice staff. Our room was too hot.. And there wasn't a way to turn the heat off.

I liked the room and bathroom, it was very small but enough for a weekend trip. Breakfast was really ok for 7 Euros. The connection to Metro Nr. 4 which connects the south with north Paris and with good connection to other Metro or RER Lines. Even if you wanted to, you can not close the door of your room quietly from outside because of the nature of the door lock and imagine your going out to dance at 12 or 1 am all your surrounded neigbours will be wake.

This was my first visit to Paris, and I enjoyed my stay immensly and would reccomend this hotel to my friends. The staff were very helpful in every way. The breakfast was more than ample for my needs and good value for the money, and I would gladly stay here again in the future. The only drawback was the noise of traffic outside, but this is to be expected from any hotel by a busy road.

Great price for a clean nice looking hotel in a convenient location - close to subway and close to the main Montparnasse railway station. Very helpful and friendly staff. We found the bed a little hard but overall it was an excellent stay.
