員工服務態度及水準都是一流

住了一星期，基本上沒有什麼不滿意。

环境很好，很整洁，服务员态度很好

离地铁站稍微有点距离，早餐一般

比想象的好很多，价格也比较合理，位置离地铁站也不远，交通方便。不过不要带大行李，电梯确实很小。

服务好，很亲切，也很干净，网络快！

房间太小。

It was clean. I liked the bathroom.

There was no refrigerator and minibar in the room. The room was very small. The cleaning staff did not mind the "Don't Disturb" sign we put on the door.

New hotel completely renewed

I did not like the fact that it had carpet in the floor (even if it was new carpet). It is not so easy to clean. It can hide parasits.

I loved the fact that I was travelling with my dog and the staff did not make any problem for leaving the dog alone in the bedroom. It is a pet friendly hotel which is something very important for people like me always trying to bring their pets whenever possible.

The personnel was very kind and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is situated on a main boulevard and near a metro station. The region looked safe. The rooms are relatively clean (having in mind that you are in Paris after all).

The rooms are small.

Everything. Very clean. Breakfast very tasty & with good variety. Friendly & helpful staff. Good location. Quiet (we asked for & got court side so not sure how is other side).

Clean and silent room on the 7th floor for our stay. The staff is ready to help and location is great.

Has a very nice place nearby that sells cheap and good oysters.

Some staff seemed a little impatient. Couldn't adjust the temperature so it was stuffy and it didn't help that our room faced the main road so it was noisy when we opened the window. Quite far to walk when you have a lot of luggage.

The reception is good!

The room is small and can hear everything of your neighours. So it is a little noisy. The wifi is too weak in our room!! It is not so near the subway station.

Clean rooms, nice price

WiFi is horrible,it is the swisscom system found in many french hotels and you have to register many times, let alone that I barely had any signal in my room. I have noticed in other reviews that rooms are spacious. This certainly did not apply for my room which was a cell. We arrived late so we probably took the left overs. Don't pay for the breakfast, there is a boulangerie just across the Alesia church that makes fantastic viennoiserie with less than 9 euros required for the breakfast.

Fair facilities considering price..
