The hotel is very well situated; right in the centre of Perpignan. The facilities were basic yet adequate and the room was reasonably priced. The 'Faulty Towers' vibe created by the hotel owners was quite amusing. I chose the hotel because the description mentioned an airport shuttle bus. However, when we asked about it the manager produced a public bus timetable and they definitely did not provide a shuttle service. The husband and wife couple who run the hotel seemed more interested in argueing with each other than attending to guests. |

Good location, very friendly and helpful staff, nice view of street, well cleaned room, well functioning bathroom, comfortable beds (though bit small for tall people). In terms of decoration, furnishing and facilities, rather dated, consequently seemed expensive. The room was also really quite small for the 3 beds we had. If it had been 30% cheaper I would not mention this, but I have stayed in very much smarter rooms all over europe for the same money. |

Being able to explore Perpignan from a central position. Owners/managers very polite Very dated and scruffy looking. Toilet leaked and consequently left a foul smell in the room all the time, although, to be fair, the lovely cleaner did her best to keep it clean and fresh, Breakfast limited |

It was terrible. The room was basic beyond belief. The hotel was terribly noisy - we hardly slept at all.If the noisy lift didn't keep ua awake then the wailing child and shouting father did. It was the biggest waste of 75 Euros I have ever spent. I expected much better for this price |

The accomodation was, as expected, very basic but i feel this was reflected in the price & all the staff were very friendly & helpful. When your in as nice a place as Perpignan you shouldn't spend a lot of time in your room anyway. |

Nous avons occupé une chambre familiale ( 2 adultes et deux adolescents) et nous n'avons strictement rien aimé dans cet hôtel Cet hôtel est vraiment à déconseiller. .Nous avons occupé une chambre familiale qui était au prix de 120 euros. Le rideau de l'unique fenêtre éait arraché.Nous avons dû nous débrouiller par nous même pour occulter la fenêtre â l'aide de scotch, le personnel nous indiquant ne pas être bricoleur...il y avait de l'humidé sur les murs,cela sentait mauvais, c'était vieux et détestable. C'était le plus mauvais hôtel que nous ayions rencontré |
