Bright pink small room. Given key to occupied room at first & we waited for several minutes while receptionist found us a room with double bed.

I would not give a star to the hotel. The rooms look very cheap and it was cold, beds are small and pillows are horrible. I am happy we did not order a breakfast as I am sure it would be another disapointment.

Its was clean and the staff friendly. Information and help for travel around hotel was good. Breakfast was nice and staff courteous. Location was good for early travel from Gare De Lyon , its was about 300m from the train station. The noise levels in the room was minimal.

The shower rooms could have been slightly bigger, guess its the same for most 3 star hotels in Paris.

Location close to metro and bus lines

The neighborhood was rude at late hours to walk by. General facilities were not clean enough, specially the room carpet!

constraction/renovation works during our stay . was impossible to stay in the room. we had to leave the family room and take two small rooms. they wanted us to pay extre for taking them. refused to give us early check in although we asked in axvance

The gay at the reception is very kind because we arrived very late and he was still waiting for us.

I liked that the room had a bed

Rude staff, old decor, there were building works on our floor, dirty floors and beds. Would recommend you visit another hotel.

Great location if you need to be near the train station - Gare Lyon is only a few blocks away.

The lack of a fridge in the room.

We liked the location of the hotel. Hotel is 5minutes to metro. Also, it is very clean. Room is cleaned every day.

The receptionist should inform people that metro does not work at night. Our flight was very early in the morning and we had to take a taxi to the Porte Maillot. The point is that, evening before we spoke with the receptionist how we are going to reach the airport and he did not tell a word about closed metro.

The staff were great. The room wsa huge considering the size of my family! Good value for my family

The bath could have been repaired properly: not with duck tape. I had to replace globes, supplied by the hotel, myself! I thought the charge for breakfast was exhorbitant, considering the offering! We are South SAfricans remember.

Location was good as its near to the Gare de Lyon station. Clean and safe.

The family room is on the top floor with very low beams. The single beds were all immediately under beams and my teenagers keep knocking their heads while sleeping. In fact my son had nasting bumb on his head. We stayed for 2 nights so it was tolerable but would not recommend for longer stay.

The counter staff is too rude, the waiter serving the breakfast is not polite, the room is far too small. Breakfast is chargable at Euro12/head but when ask the kitchen to prepare the egg for us, he is giving us a lousy face expression!

WiFi available, even if a bit slow. Very convenient for meetings near Gare de Lyon.

Could do with a brighter main light in the bedroom.
