Staff were very friendly Front desk were a great Hotel was very well cleaned Clean towels and toiletries Refilled every day Location good
Wi fi it was so slow Near pre historic speed
modern clean rooms, great location, fantastic courtyard garden. Good value for money. Stylish bathrooms. Lovely interesting attention to detail, such as cool books and magazines in the lobby. A great find, we will return!!
Close to Paris Metro close to restaurants quiet area big room for 3 people
Bath towels a bit small & thin
Nice clean modern hotel. Great little garden. Good place to sleep and the metro is just around the corner.
Comfortable rooms, patio, breakfast offering, location, cleanliness
well-run, good location,all amenities provided
Room was small but light, comfortable, well designed, clean and soundproof. Location was excellent. There was only a little traffic and noise in the street but the nearest metro station was 100 meters away.
The breakfast was not included to the price of our room.
Garden inside the hotel is nice Room was clean and bathroom and aircon all worked
Rooms are small Staff really don't get customer service It is too expensive for what it is
The room was modern. We had a family room facing the garden that was very quiet. It was very close to a metro station.
Very basic facilities. No coffee/tea making in the room. Wifi very slow. Not much choice and breakfast and found it expensive for what it was.
We loved the beautiful garden and the ability to drink wine we had bought outside. Glasses and a corkscrew provided. Perfect! The rooms were on the small side but perfectly equipped and spotlessly clean.
There was nothing we didn't like but it would have been nice to have had a kettle and some tea or coffee.
close to 3 metro stations, Oberkamf being just around the corner. Quiet hotel with great breakfast. Clean rooms and brilliant staff. Really enjoyed our stay and will return in the future.
It is very nice, cute n with welcoming staff.
The internet was poor and the television channels were few.
The staff was very friendly . The bed was excellent and the room very calm , so we had an excellent sleep . For breakfast there was as all we liked and all we needed ! There is also a beautifull garden .
Delightful ,friendly staff, spoke English, helped us make arrangements. Good breakfast Very clean convenient rooms Excellent breakfast
Gymn next door a little noisy-not a big issue as didn't go on late. Dining room a bit overful at peak times -but this was because of rain so we couldn't sit in the garden
Room was clean. Furniture and decor was new and modern. Staff were friendly.
Wifi was quite slow No kettle; coffee/tee maker in the room
The look and the Quality of the bedroom and bathroom. Very modern and clean. Good atmosphere
The location is very good. Breakfast good for a small hotel and garden very nice. Very nice beds and we slept very well.
The housekeeping and the cleaning of the bathroom. The wifi is really poor and instable. The hotel made a taxi reservation for us and the driver conned us at the airport. Even the superior rooms have very limited space for clothes and luggage.
Location- close to buzzing rue Oberkampf and bars- yet quiet space. Friendly staff. Good shower, comfy bed.
Hotel seems quite new- a few teething problems. I got locked in to my bathroom for. 30 mins when lock jammed- it was poorly fitted. Staff were apologetic but it was annoying. There was some building work down the road but you could only hear it midday- quiet rest if time. Ditto gym next door.
Very rude staff.
Great location for exploring Paris - very close to the Metro and for wandering around the Marais. Very friendly staff and clean, comfortable rooms ... we had a twin room, which was a bit small ... but perfect for what we needed it for, a central place to sleep.
Nothing really - would recommend to anyone
It is clean and breakfast was ok though not varied for the 5 mournings l ate it.
The guy at the reception( big built) who claimed to be the owner but the next minute contradicted himself saying he could not assist us because he did not want to be fired. He was shockingly hostile, pompous and bragged before me about how organized he was.I had a minor credit card problem,he asked me to pay for all my four nights in cash despite the hotel having already charged my card for three nights. I felt he treated me like that because l am black. He is too insensitive for a hotelier.
The room was very clean and modern, with a beautiful large shower. Also, everything was very well kept. The room was very quiet and private as well. The man at the front check in desk (whom we assume is the owner) was extremely kind and helpful, as he helped us print out our necessary travel documents as well as giving us any information that we needed. There is free wifi for guests, but it definitely isn't the quickest. We could get pretty much anywhere from the hotel as far as where it is located. It took us about 30 minutes to walk to Notre Dame, and there is a metro station about 100 feet away from the hotel. We were most excited to find the Boulangerie bakery right around the corner with pastries that were to die for in the morning for breakfast!
The room was a lot smaller than we were expecting, but honestly we didn't need much more space because we really just slept there at night. The seemingly great shower lost a little bit of it's appeal considering it is on the same level as the rest of the bathroom floor so it soaks the rest of the bathroom while you're showering. Also, we found it a bit weird that we had to give the front desk our room key every time we left the hotel. (Although it never caused a problem, we just thought it was a bit strange) Overall, no huge complaints and would recommend!
Staff generally very helpful, going out of their way to make stay pleasant. Breakfast varied, location handy for many attractions. Central for restaurants and bars as well as metro. Garden delightful.
Receptionist when we arrived late in evening( they had been advised of this), quite surly and unwelcoming. Room, bathroom and breakfast room all very compact though we didn't find this a problem.
Room small but clean location accessible and ok
No fridge or kettle, staff average
