Excellent, friendly, English speaking hosts. We were made to feel very welcome and couldn't do enough for us. Brilliant location within walking distance of Cathredral and old town. Old and a little difficult to find on arrival in Rouen. |

The Hotel manager was very helpful, he provided us with an overview of th area and recommended a good restaurant. The bathroom was shabby and the privacy between the bedroom and bathroom was poor. |

The hotel is not bad, however it's also not good. The location is nice, as it is near to the center, but the street the hotel is in is a back-street, not very nice and maybe even with a little sinister atmosphere? Not romantic anyway! Nevertheless, you pay only € 55 for a double room, so I guess it's good for what you pay for (and have I mentioned the nearness to the center?). Back-street location (however close to the center). Room was simple, not very nice and pretty small (especially the bathroom). Also, the staff was ok, but "strict" about noise to a level of irritation. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room, especially the bathroom, is in dire need of renovations. It is very old and although it may be clean it appears dirty. |

The staff were very pleasant & made you feel at home - nothing was too much trouble. Parking was restricted. We had to park down the road in an undergound carpark - 9 euros for 24 hours. |

A very good value for money hotel, very close to the old town and shops with very helpful staff. The hotel also comes with a car park which is essential in this city. |

Very friendly, helpful reception staff. By mistake, we were given the smaller of 2 rooms, so we were a little cramped, but the hotel manager was so helpful in many other ways, this more than compensated for the other staff member's error. The lift door had to be manually opened and shut. The bathroom was very small . |

Very friendly and accomodating proprietor and staff (family). Close to centre of Rouen and very convenient with parking available at reasonable rate. WiFi coverage a bit patchy but at this price I'm not moaning. |

The staff is very kind and friendly. It's near to the centre. The rooms are old-fashioned, bathroom is very ugly, threadbare towels, shower with a dirty tent, taps malfunctioned. |

Staffs are very friendly and kind. Room is very clean. Breakfast is pretty nice. You can park your car in private parking with security so that your car should be safe. Close to Notre Dame of Rouen, not far from other historical area. Bathroom is little too tiny. If you are going to stay top of this hotel with heavy luggage(s), you will need some help because there is no elevator reaches at the top floor (stop one floor lower). |

Extremely friendly & helpful staff, proferred lots of good tourist advice. Room was quite nice at the price. Bathroom had seen better days perhaps but clean. Breakfast was good at the price, 7 Euro. Free WiFi, didn't work in bedroom ( in mine at least, but seemed to work for other guests), but was able to use it in the lobby. Good location close to all the tourist sights. Would be happy to recommend it for a short-ish stay at budget prices. |

Hotel located at the centre of the city, very friendly and helpful staff. Family room consisted of two communicating small rooms with separate toilets. Good value for money for a couple of days in the city. |

The location was convenient and near to the sights. Check-out and check-in were efficient. The bathroom smell of dampness and the staff refused the 'free breakfast' despite that we have the Rouen card. |
