the proximity of the hotel to the exhibition centre is very useful and good to see the rooms had been recently decorated. i enjoyed the complimentary wifi and the cosy feel of the kitchen. it is nice to download emails and have breakfast in the kitchen. the tv channels in the room were very limited. the prices double for the week of the exhibition show v normal rates. but that is common to all hotels and leaves a bad taste for the visitors. it is a shame the hotels do this so blatantly and the city allows it. perhaps more people would come if it wasn't so expensive. the tv channels in the room were very limited. |

Room, shower room, and breakfast room newly decorated. Air conditioning good. Furnishings basic but acceptable. Quiet location, although building site opposite it was not in operation. Excellent central location. No safe in room, and no reading lights in bedroom. Why is a twin room 95 euros per night, but only 80 for a double? |

The rooms are renovated recently and were clean. The location is excellent 5 minutes from the beach and ridgt beside the palais de festivales. The AC worked great and the wireless was free. Definitely would go back. The room was small but that didn't bother us. |

For Cannes this is a good value. Clean, quiet and perfect location. 5 minutes walk from the TGV station. One block north of the Croissette. Surprisingly quiet street. There is a lift big enough for 3 people or one person with bags. AC works great. Outside security blinds can be rolled down to completely black out the room so you can sleep late without sun. I booked 3 nights and stayed 6. |

Some negative reviews about this hotel are petty. Bottom line: It's a clean, well run hotel and fair value for Cannes. Best possible location. One block off the Croisette and 5 minute walk with bags from the tgv station. There is an elevator and Wi-Fi. Staff is wonderful, rooms are clean and fair size for the price. Electricity went out twice due to heavy rains but they got it fixed before end of day. Aircon is great and it's a quiet street. |

Good location. Centre of everything. Very helpful polite staff. Rooms spotlessley cleaned.Air conditioning.Great value. Would have no hesitation recommending this hotel. Well decorated. Cant think of anything to complain of. |

Hotel is just ideally located - really close to the beach, to the train station and lots of restaurants. Staff was very kind and English speaking. The room was cosy and the bathroom was very clean and nice. |

The thing I liked most about this hotel was it's very friendly and helpful staff. The thing I liked least about it was the fact that they asked you to leave your room key hanging up behind reception and it is not always maned. Other than that, no complaints, I had an enjoyable stay. |

Within 10 minutes on foot from both of Train Station and Beach even Bus stop to Nice Airport.Cosy room and friendly owner.Good value for money, much more than I expected. Hesitate to open the certain because the room faces to road and in front of the building has been under construction.However,it's small point, no problem to stay actually. |
