The location was great. The room was basic but comfortable and quiet. There were many stairs to get to the room and no one to help with bags. |

Location was superb sitting on the harbour front of Vieux Port next to the Metro. Price was good too for the location. Room a bit cramped but otherwise OK. Breakfast room small but food OK. |

Centrally located, in front of Vieux-Port. They also allowed us to keep our luggage during the day after checking-out. The room was small and the window opened to other windows and tubes from the restaurants. |

The hotel location was very good, right by the Old Port. Plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from, close to the shopping streets too. Also, the bus to the beach left from opposite the hotel. Overall, the hotel was good value for money. The room was very small, and there was not much wardrobe space to put your clothes. No drawers either. We took an inside room, a room overlooking the port may have been less claustraphobic. It was difficult to use the shower with out flooding the bathroom as there was no shower curtain. The reception was on the first floor, and the lift started on the second floor, so beware if you have alot of luggage or difficulty with mobilty. |

Situated in the old port makes it convenient. The room was rather small, with poor lighting and with the only view being that of a service shaft. |

Location! English speaking friendly staff, able to answer any question I had and give information. Modern, clean room overlooking the port. Upon arrival the room was not ready yet. After returning at advised time, room was still not ready. I had to check myself (!) 3x if the room was ready, before staff called housekeeping. After that, room was ready within half an hour. Second day I returned to my room around 3:30 PM and room was not yet ready. I Asked the cleaning staff myself and room was made ready immediately. |

I picked this hotel for it's rate and location, just as a place to overnight before meeting a friend and renting a car the next morning. I was surprised at the value for the money. A prime location overlooking the old port, with restaurants, banks, and other services within short walking distance. The staff was friendly and very helpful. |

Third time that I am staying in the Alize, I am easy going but like above all a clean room/quite and none cigarette smelling rooms which has been each time the case. The staff and Management are very helpful and always there to get the right information. No a 80 something euro it is perfect |
