hotel design, room size and price There were not much places to go out for a drink or meal at night. The toilet was broken - They knew, but not repaired. |

First of all the hotel staff was very kind, the room was very clean also the rest of the hotel,it has a good position and it is spacefull ( the room ,the parking etc.) and comfortable. |

Hotel is newly renovated to make the hotel quite stylish and nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful: we could make a tea about midnight in spite of it was declared that hot water is available till 23:00. Entire hotel is no smoking. Hotel has a place for kids to play. Hotel has private parking and it was free. Hotel has a centralized air condition system and it was out of order. I have to say that receptionist has offered us two different rooms: on sunny side and the other, so we were not feel bad about the broken ac. Maybe it is not too easy to access Geneva without a car: you must use a bus and then a train. With car it was ok: only 7km strait ahead. |

The location was excellent, only a few minutes from Geneva. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Lack of air conditioning system. Breakfast was limited in options but was of good quality. There is noise (not excessive) from the continuous traffic on the road next to the hotel. It was not a problem for us but if you have trouble with noise avoid this hotel. |

The hotel staff was excellent. So very helpful and always with a positive response. Breakfast was filling, the rooms clean and of a good size. And there was free internet. A very kid friendly hotel If you are visiting Geneva, keep in mind that public transport from this hotel to the city takes a while. Its better if you have a car |

excellent location, just over the border from Geneva. the room was modern and comfortable. staff friendly and helpful. parking is secure and free, just in front of hotel. good breakfast (for France). the bathroom needs to be renovated (the bedroom was but bathroom is from 1970s) and a shower curtain installed to avoid complete mess in bathroom. also the airconditionning was not working. when we informed the reception, they were well aware. it seems this is a persistant problem but if so remove airconditioning from the features list (it was over 30grad when we stayed there so airconditioning would be welcome). |

The hotel staff, especially the one in the breakfast room, the cleaneness of the room and free parking. No shower curtains in the bath room, so it was always wet after we took a shower. |

The hotel is new, clean, the staff very friendly and the price excellent for the vicinity of Geneva. The hotel is 7 km away from central Geneva (it is in France) so you need a car or to use public transport. |

staff was friendly, room was nice , clean & very spacious. the hotel is near the swiss border which make it easy to visit Geneve. the location of the hotel was close to the restaurants. we found difficulty to find the hotel, cupboard is very small, although the hotel was newly opened but it has a technical errors, AC/ automatic entrance door of the hotel. the design of the room was a bit strange, as the toilet was just next to the room door, then the cupboard and then the bathroom which was inconvenient. One day we had to have the breakfast in the lobby, we think it was due to the rain, amy be the restaurant was full of water!!! although the staff tried to put effort to make all the guests feel comfortable, but still there was no space for all of the guests at the same time. |

Staff is friendly, new equipped room, very close to Geneva, also it had a free easy car parking A/C was broken, No body help to carry luggage's, smell in the corridor and little in the room, bath room was separate, poor brekfast |
