In the center of Lille, this hotel is just under a quarter of a mile from Lille’s Palais des Beaux Arts. It has accommodations that have private bathrooms, a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi access.

Mattress!! :-(( Way too soft & lumpy.. I sank right in!
location is quite close to the city centre and at walking distance from the station
No big issues, but an overall feeling of discomfort. Uncomfortable bed, very poor wifi, our bed duvet was ripped on one side. The room is quite uncomfortable too as you have got the sink and the shower outside the bathroom (there isn't actually a proper bathroom, just a toilet) and the only space we had to change and dress was just in front of the window (with no curtains). On the last day we had to wait ten minutes to get on the lift as there was a big group of people leaving at the same time from a floor above us. Big groups should always be accomodated on lower floors.
The friendliness and efficiency of all the staff. The welcoming and friendly atmosphere surrounding the hotel. The fact that I was able to relax and think of what I wanted to do.
The fact that there was no bath - only a shower. The fact that I was unable to find any instructions as to how to adjust the heating in my room.
the breakfast is good
the new lift is very slow and stops on floors you do not want
Breakfast was very good Staff were very friendly
Wifi was good, lots of hotels have worse wifi then advertised (E.G. wifi hardly reaches the room). This is very nice on a leisure trip because you can find out from your own room what is nice to visit etc. Staff is helpful and speaks fairly good english, which is something special in France. This to my surprise counts for most of the people of Lille in general.
I know that this is a budget hotel, but it also has three stars and charges still 130 euros for two nights. The rooms are small and simple, the shower is a bit to small to move around normally. The rooms are a bit on the dirty side. The matras was soft but seemed old/not straight. The impossible to turn off airco was noisy, this made me to sleep very bad. The breakfast was ok, but from a 3 star hotel i'd expect some things like eggs or bacon or something, but it was (mostly) just a bunch of bread and stuff to put on the bread. I don't have a general big complaint, but I wouldn't exactly call this 'value for money'.
The location was lovely, the staff was splendid, the breakfast was brilliant (especially the orange juicer!), and the decor was delightful.
Very helpful staff great location Top breakfast
Nice enough, not a spectaculair place but good enough starting point for discovering Lille.
the neighbourhood is not super, but you could say that for most of Lille (lots of beggars).
Friendly and helpful staff, clean but small bed rooms and comfortable lounge area. Hotel is reasonably close to the main city square.
Spotted errors in amounts charged to my credit cards post staying at hotel. Hotel staff sorted it out reasonably quickly after contacting them with emails. Best checking bill before leaving!
I have always stayed in Ibis hotels, rooms booked either under my name, on my partners name. Your breakfast is always good, and the rooms are very clean. I will still continue to stay in Ibis hotels, as they are very comfortable in most respects. Thank you. Pravin Bhalla.
Bathroom was far too small. Hardly any space even to bend down to clean your teeth or face. Felt very irritated. as I booked the room for 2 nights.
Breakfast was included and was nice
Attentive staff, like you have been here a lot of times. 5 minutes walking to city centre
Outdated hallways on room floors
good size room,very quiet.
Bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also great
Excellent value for money. Very good breakfast included. Good location, easy walking distance to centre. Well-designed bathroom never felt small, even for two.
Friendly staff, good bar and breakfasts good location into town
Liked - Wifi, breakfast, clean and helpful staff
A very bright hotel. Superb breakfast. Very helpful staff.
Everything was extremely clean, staff was very nice and helpful, doing way more than the absolute necessary. Breakfast, included in the price, was very good, very tasty croissants and pain au lait, good enough coffee and fresh orange juice, a good continental breakfast. Rooms are Ibis standard, small but clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.
Bathroom was old style, haven't been updated yet (although there seemed to be improvements being made in other rooms at the time of our stay). Smallish and with carpet floor that got soaked when we had a shower.
Excellent location, easy walk to town. Many fine restaurants close to the hotel. Wholesome breakfast.
The room was very small with not enough floor space to stand our cases.
We liked the closenest of everything
Really nice vibe. Loved the layout. Table football a great idea
The location can't be beat, really... A 10 minute walk to the regional train station, 20 minutes to the Eurostar, 15 minutes to the Grand Place, 20 minutes to Vieux Lille, and on top of that, there is a decent boulangerie on the next block. In terms of facilities, the bed is very comfortable and the room and bathroom are both a decent size.
The street is quiet and may feel a bit dark at night, and it's on the downtown side rather than the old town side, so it doesn't look quite as picturesque as the Vieux Lille. Additionally, the rooms are very simple. I stayed there for 6 nights, and on the last 2 days they were servicing both elevators so you had to take the stairs. I suppose there's no way to plan ahead to avoid maintenance, but felt it was important to mention.
A lovely package and exceptionally good coffee at breakfast.
No bar facilities Sunday evening; not really a problem but it's nice to have a coffee or drink at the end of the day/evening without having to go away from the hotel.
