Modern spacious clean room with separate bathroom & toilet. Balcony and outdoor setting but was noisy -see 'didn't like'. Central position to town & beach. Breakfast good value for price paid.

The non stop noise from motor bikes throttling up the street all day until evening. Train station a little further than expected.

The room was light and airy and the large terrace was nice. The location in the centre (with parking) is perfect. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

New hotel, modern design, clean and shiny

Management attitude when telling them that I was injured as a result of one of the facilities, didn't care.

Not a lot. Within our first 24 hours we had moved rooms 3 times. First 2 had carpeted floors which were obviously smelly as the rooms and carpets wreaked of heavy chemicals. To open the sliding door did not releave the room of the smell. The 3rd room had tiles and odour was not quiet as strong but it was still there. Would not be returning.

Friendly staff

Friendly and helpful staff. Efficient, well-designed, bright room. Good breakfast. Great central location for a Menton visit. We really liked the efforts that were made to be a 'green' hotel - the best we've seen.

Our room had a full-length window between the bathroom and bedroom. Very unusual, disconcerting and certainly not wanted. The staff quickly fixed the issue by giving us a screen.

A friendly welcome and a comfortable suite on the 6th floor. A short wander to the beaches and to the old town. Right next door to the cinema!

We particularly liked the crisp clean look to the hotel inside, and its very central location, being close to the 'old town' of Menton, the beach, and the railway station. Yet the location is in a fairly quiet side road. The staff were very helpful and friendly and most spoke excellent English, which made the check-in and check-out process very quick and painless. Full marks for a very comprehensive breakfast.

I would have liked a 'room safe', however, the hotel does provide an individual safe at reception, which it was never an issue to access.

Breakfast could definitely be improved. The hot drinks were unpleasant. The frut salad was tasteless. The cereals were too sweet.

The hotel is clean, has a taste and the breakfast is nice. Staff is very friendly, location excellent.

Price 150 eur for room is simply twice as much you pay elsewhere in Europe (including France) for this type of a hotel. The only reason to get away with it is that this coast is very pricy in Italy as well as in France, hence no choice.
