Score from 1018 reviews Good
Proximity to city centre and spaciousness in restaurant where breafast and dinner was provided
Shame restaurant was not open on fridays and saturdays except for breakfast
No parking No dinner available in the hotel WIFI with intermittent service
Change of room immediately when it did not match week-ago request. Good advice with wi-fi, printing out boarding passes (despite this guest's problems with email). Concern with needs: for scissors and toothpaste! Good, big breakfasts.
Undesirable first room offered, quickly remedied.
Great directions for car park Friendly staff Breakfast acceptable
No stairs from car park into hotel, only a lift Hallways dark Room "perfunctory" Noisy student area Turned off a/c and room was boiling - no fans available (suggested WE go buy one!)
Room size, decor, refreshment on arrival, water in room. Nice little touches thanks!
The bar ran out of drinks First they had gin but no tonic Then no gin And also ran out of Heiniken lager
car park. I almost got stuck and judging by scrapes on wall I wouldn't be the first. also no food when i arrived after a 6 hour drive.
Very friendly helpful staff. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Substantial continental breakfast. Hotel room and lounge/ bar/ breakfast area was bright and modern.Location excellent as it is a 12 minute walk to the centre of Bordeaux and the tramline A is only about 50 metres away. Very easy to get to the airport from this hotel. We took the tram to Meriadeck and then got the airport bus. Total journey was little over half an hour and much easier than getting the airport bus from central Bordeaux. The two extra wall lights at the bedside were a considerate touch. We would definitely book this hotel again when we return to Bordeaux.
A kettle and a few cups would have been useful.
Affordable, clean and having breakfast included was great. Should note when booking this place is slightly out of town so you need to catch the tram in, which travels regularly.
We found that the air conditioning was not cooling the room enough at night and we were sweating. Had to ask reception for a fan.
-friendly staff -the complimentary breakfast was very good
the rooms are just fine and clean, but could use a tick more charm
a very quiet room and very good location beside tram station which made our exploration of Bordeaux so easy. good breakfast and helpful reception staff
Location just off the main centre and close to Tram station
Noisey if you had the window open
free internet breakfast included, and ok
The Pillows are terrible, Room was not clean, Only one lift, very small rooms
Rooms and bathroom to small for 2 People in 1 Room
Hotel location, parking, friendly staff, breakfast buffet
Parking garage is a bit of a tight squeeze
Room clean and comfortable.
It was a distance from sites
All ...especially the refreshment bar with coffee/tea/croissants
Could have more room for things...like toiletry bag ,as suggested...in the corner above toilette paper dispenser..? Thank you
Hotel location good with excellent tram connection. Breakfast menu very good. Staff excellent.
Room small. Very disappointed only French TV. No British News Channel .
Staff was nice and helpfull.
Not very clean (spots on the carpet and hair in the bathroom). Everything seemed a bit neglected and worn. We had a view to the neighbouring cemetery.
Proximity to the center of Bordeaux. Easy to reach with the car. Parking under the hotel. Polite staff.
Slooooooooooow elevator. Breakfast could offer more choice.
Staff very helpful and smiling. Convenient on the tram line linking airport (with bus liaison) and old town. Room not huge but spotless. Overall good, no hassle. We'd go back.
Hotel in good location with tram stop just a 5 minute walk although it's only a 15 minute walk into the city centre. Good secure car parking. Comfortable enough room for a budget hotel.
Returned one evening after a day in the city and my daughter was hungry so I suggested we have something at the hotel restaurant. I was informed that the restaurant was closed for 3 weeks for a summer holiday! This is the first time in my life that I have encountered this situation.. This is a hotel and the restaurant should be operational all the time the hotel is open. Breakfast was chaotic.. No tables were cleared and it took ages for breakfast items to be replenished.. Seemed only one staff member to deal with breakfast even though the hotel was very busy.... On the Saturday morning when we left, we waited about 15 minutes for the elevator (there is only one) as lots of people were leaving at the same time. Impossible to take the stairs as there are no stairs to the garage... Wouldn't stay here again.
Very convenient location
Very basic facilities
One waitress - Name Jennifer served us all in a suburb manner, although she was rushed off her feet
The lift was inadequate, for the number of guests
