Super basic room, didn't expect toiletries to be a squeeze all in one soap dispenser. Basic breakfast but still breakfast... Probably better options for the sane price...

Good location for tram system, quiet at night, good friendly efficient receptionists, well -turned out friendly staff. Light airy design comfortable beds.

Shower head attachment not working, made showering difficult. Dining room facility not in operation on a Friday evening; obliged us to go down the road to the other Ibis Hotel. Too many Ibis Hotels in Bordeaux have Centre in their title all very confusing - even for taxis!

The staff and the cuisine were very nice , lunch is always excellent .

The bathroom is small and you can relax while using it .

Well located hotel an easy walk to the old city. The room was fine and the bed OK (but not quite as comfortable as Ibis Red beds). There was plenty of space in the room. The Wi-Fi worked very well and fast. The breakfast was excellent.

The parking spaces are the tightest I have seen – almost impossible to get into without hitting something if there are cars in adjacent spaces. No free street parking available except on Sundays. The toilet was stained and smelt of urine. There is only one lift – so checking-out took over 30 minutes to get the cases to the car and go to reception etc – a nightmare if you are in a hurry.

Was a bit of a distance from city centre, took the tram, which was fairly easy to negotiate, I thought I had booked a hotel beside the train station, guess not :)

Staff friendly and efficient. Room and bathroom clean - bed extremely comfortable. Close to tram stop for 5 minute journey to centre ville. Parking on site at a reasonable cost. Our second stay here - there will be more!

very friendly staff, the breakfast was simple but good quality. it's a little off from the city center - have to take tram or walk for 20-30 mins. but otherwise it was wonderful we'd stay here again- we had a very quite, comfy night - pefect for a good rest.

CLEAN, ELEGANT AND CONVENIENT LOCATION.

I needed to keep my room up to 7 pm to catch my late afternoon flight, however,the management insisted on a full night charge. A 50% rate would have been fair.

Arrived early; irst staff member said to come back after 14.00 as room not available; 5 minutes later another staff member gave me a room

Very helpful friendly staff. We were able to check in early. Plenty to choose from at the breakfast buffet.

This was the second time we stayed at All Seasons. The rooms are spacious and very clean. All the staff are very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble - especially Anthony who always goes "the extra mile" for his guests. I would recommend this hotel to anyone - right on the main tram line into Victoire Square and has everything you need for a great stay.
