The hotel has a decent location (3 min walk from the metro station and safe surroundings full of cafes and convenience stores), speedy free wi-fi service, lovely breakfasts with reasonably good coffee (not always the case in France), and rather spacious and nicely decorated rooms.
The cleaneleness of the bathroom was definitely a point for improvement (the bath itself was not quite well prepared, and some towels were not 100% fresh/had some spots on them). But, all in all, the hotel was nice and in case of attractive prices I'll consider booking it again when travelling to Paris next time.
The location was fantastic - 2 minute walk to Metro/RER station (Bibliotheque). The rooms were very clean, free continental breakfast and free wifi. The staff was courteous and knew reasonable English. I would certainly stay at this hotel in future.
Excellent free breakfast. Clean, bright rooms. Close to Metro/RER stops. Friendly staff. Rue de Tolbiac to the west has lots of food and shops.
A/C somewhat weak. No storage space in room. No bathroom exhaust fan. Location is a little remote for the price.
Location Breakfast Choices Fresh orange juice
Fire Alarm WiFi and TV not working properly Tidiness of the room
Nice friendly, helpful, staff!
Room a bit small but still okay.
The rooms were clean and there was a mini fridge and a bottle of water and little packets of sweets left for us. The bed was sooo comfortable. Great location..walking distance to the Siene then on to batobus which takes you down the river and you can get on and off at certain points.Loved this part of Paris.
we had asked for rooms next to or opposite each other but had a couple of rooms in-between but we were on the same floor. Its not a massive hotel..the breakfast was a bad experience when we got down there was no table cleared so we had to clear it our selves. Then there was no plates no cups no spoons.. I think the staff must have gone on their tea break! we had to rearrange the table and chairs and ask for chairs from another table. but the food was ok once we had sorted every thing out..Just a word of warning if you are parking under the hotel pre-book as there are not a lot of spaces and take the slope down very carefully as it is very tight!! its not cheap to park.
Rooms are spacious enough. Openable windows, WiFi good enough, free drinks in the lobby.
Breakfast is very basic.
Access to the metro and rer is convenient. The breakfast was standard, but good.
The service left a lot to be desired. Getting a third towel from the reception staff was impossible. I had to leave a written request for the maid.
Free wifi, breakfast included, free tea and water, clean.
Could be a little noisy at night ( street noise). Would have liked more toiletries
The area was quiet and close to the metro which helped in getting around Paris.
The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. The breakfast was delicious. The rooms clean and tidy. Water and tea and coffee making facilities good. Staff for so welcoming. Breakfast staff made a real effort. Would certainly stay again!
Excellent room and bathroom. Clean and styled. Excellent breakfast. Very close to the metro. Love it!
Refrigerator in room, lovely breakfast
Room quite small (but adequate and normal for Europe in general).
We stayed at Ibis Styles for 5 nights. The hotel is standard Ibis quality I would say: no luxury but staff is polite and helpful (they were ok with doing the check-in earlier than 14:00h, we could leave the luggages at the reception after check-out) and the rooms are clean and have the necessary facilities. Location is close to the metro and the bus stations and there are several restaurants and grocery stores on the same street.
Room was rather small (but the bathroom was ok in size).
should fix internet and make it free
The beds were fabulous. Metro and ReR are Very close. Decent breakfast. Clean. Double pane windows. No street noise.
The smokers on our floor, considering it was supposed to be a non smoking hotel. Elevator broke for one day. Power went out for 30 minutes.
Not much really, other than its location to the subway system.
Mostly everything. No air condidtioning until 1st June!
Right next to RER & metro station = easy access to all important historical spots and also night life (€15 fot taxi)
You can literally hear anything happens on the floor where your room is.
Location close by RER station Breakfast (included)
I liked almost everything Clean, close to metro station
The bed was very comfortable and they have a squeeze your own orange juice machine. The staff was really friendly.
It's easy to get confused trying to get to your hotel from the metro at night if you are walking.
Great breakfast, decent location. The Wifi worked very well during our stay.
When I asked the night receptionist how to get to the airport by public transport, he told me to ask at the info center in the metro station, very rude since in France just few people speak english. Very expensive parking!
It's a very good place, next to the metro station and train station, too. Excellent raltion quality / price. The breakfast is good.
- Perfect location; metro and RER nearby. - Room quiet and clean, though a bit small (but what do you know: it's Paris!) - Comfortable bed. - Fresh croissants for breakfast (if we were lucky) - Good parking facillities in the neighbourhood, most of the time for free because of the Easter weekend.
- Several times we had to ring the doorbell 2, 3 or 4 times before the door was opened. - Staff in the breakfast room couldn't cope with the large number of guests due to Easter weekend. Tabels weren't cleaned, no constant refill of supplies etc. Staff is very helpful, but there seems to be a lack of (logistic) experience. A senior both in the breakfast room and at the reception would smooth things out. - Hotel parking is only of use for small cars (i.e. mini)
