Location, facilities, staff, everything was berfect.
Good location in Paris Disabled car space close to hotel - our luck for parking. Good breakfast
-Bit if your not disabled - may be impossible to find public parking space. -Aircon did not work in room
It was close to the metro, i.e close to everywhere in Paris. Location location location! Staff where very good !
Tiny tiny rooms Dirty Carpets
Everything was a high standard. It felt very clean, it looked modern and the breakfast was great too. For a budget style hotel, this feels like a large 5 star chain hotel that's been zapped by a shrink-ray for compact comfort and quality. Friendly staff too... always important to have happy staff.
absolutely nothing... which is rare for a seasoned traveller like me!!
Location is great, two min walk from closet station. metro to all main attractions close. Restaurants all around and lovey town center 5 min walk away. Rooms small but clean. bathroom nice. Air con you can adjust yourself. staff great and helpful. Bottle of water left in room daily. Would defiantly stay here again!
Would be nice to have a kettle in the room, there is one in the reception with travel cups and loads of teas etc. However we was on the 6th floor so not ideal for a quick cuppa!
Very nice and helpfull personal. The location is perfect
Free wifi and breakfast. Bed was large and comfortable.
Noise from the busy street below.
Very good value for money. Hotel is in a nice location, rooms are clean, breakfast is always fresh, staff are very polite and helpful.
The room and facility of the bathroom is quiet clean and good. The design in the bathroom is perfect. I quiet like the girl in reception, who was very friendly and helpful. She is very nice and could communicate with me in English fluently. In the room, there is a good smell. The sunshine is great here. The situation is 5-minute walk to the nearest train station, which is very convenient.
I was very disappointed to a waitress's service in cafeteria. In the morning, I came to the cafeteria for breakfast. However, there was no plates and cups on desks, so I asked a waitress for that. She told me that she would give me plates in five minutes. But its like she forgot me totally after that. So I tried to use the cup beside the juice machine. Coz I spilled some milk on the table carelessly, I tried to ask the waitress whether she could plz give me some tissues. But it's like she was unwilling to listen to me, and said that "did you hear that I said give me five minutes?"so I tried to show her what happened. When she saw the milk on the table and the cup, she acted angrily. She throw out the latte in my cup which was put on the table, and said that "Do you know that you cannot use this cup"? I think throwing out my coffee without my permission was quiet rude and unfriendly. This was the first problem. After that, I ate breakfast in a bad mood. What's worse, coz my seat is on the way to the kitchen, the same waitress thought I was in her way, so she asked me to stand up!! Actually, she could go another way which wouldn't bother her too much. I was totally shocked and disappointed about these behaviors, which destroyed my whole day. I wish you could pay attention on this problem.
We had a very friendly welcome, staff were very pleasant. Bottled water was left in our room each day and complimentary croissants and tea/coffee in the lobby all day, which were a great bonus for a 3star hotel, would definitely recommend if in Paris for a few days & you don't want to spend a fortune. Metro only a 3 minute walk from hotel, & plenty of bars close by for your night cap. Loved it
Very small issue - no shampoo & conditioner in the en suite, not ideal for ladies!
Very close to a number of train stations, friendly staff, good value for money.
Wifi was a bit slow at times, quite noisy at night on our last night which was a Friday night-few bars in the area. Fine during the week though.
We stayed in this hotel for 5 days. The personnell is helpful and very anxious. Check-in and Check-out without any problems. You can use the bagage storage. Breakfast was good! Mini croissants and 'pain au chocolat', baguette, bread, one cheese, ham, yoghurt, cereals and fresh orange juice. Really good! More than we expected. The bathroom is quite small but clean and modern. The area around the hotel has some very good restaurants/bars. The underground and a bus station are nearby. But we walked a lot, because you see a lot more going by feet. The cementery Pere Lachaise is just a 20 min. walk away. Supermarkets are also right around the corner.
The room was small and the carpet looked dirty. The windows aren't the best, you can hear the noise from outside.
nice breakfast wi-fi location staff very quiet
nothing much maybe the shower is really small.
Good breakfast, comfortable bed.
No safe in the room.
The staff, breakfast, wifi and shower were good.
Bed size was not enough in the two bed room. Heating system is central adjusted and temperature wasn't set comfortably, even though every room has temperature control which heavily rely upon on central system settings.
Staff are friendly, location is very nice
Internet access and speed
Very good location. Tasty breakfast . Clean.
All the stuff was great and very close to the metro (3 stations) clean rooms.
Clean and fair hotel with gentle staff. 5 minutes from parmentier metro station or 10 minutes walk to repubblique square. Recently renovated. Sure a good choice for paris.
