Menu needs to be improved

Comfortable room very good bed, nice breakfast.

Evening restaurant the food was very poor. Service slow!

Able to make tea free of charge in the reception area. Good evening meal.

Good receptionist helped us a lot

Went for evening meal, menu looked appetising but plastic chairs and tables do nothing for us, nor the garish lighting. Also there was no greeting or acknowlegement of our presence when we arrived, no staff spoke to us, menus just plopped on table, awful musack, ambience terrible, so after ten minutes of being 'invisible' to the staff and an uncomfortable wait we left and went to another restaurant in town. Breakfast was the same, nobody on the staff spoke or welcomed us. At least the food was good though.

Location, parking, bedroom and the fact that the bed was very comfortable and a large shower room. Staff were helpful. Convenient as a stopover hotel.

Reservation confusion as arrived to be told that we had no reservation despite being booked and pre-paid. The receptionist eventually found the reservation and we assured her that this had been paid in advance, however next morning was asked to pay again - refused and later emailed prof of payment - apology from hotel was welcomed but felt like criminals and liars despite having a copy of the booking which we gave to them.

No real charm but it was an ibis and a good one at that.

Comfortable, modern hotel. Well-equipped - and everything (including the shower and Wi-Fi) worked perfectly. Staff very friendly and efficient. Excellent quality continental breakfast too - I'd definitely use this again for an "overnight".

When we booked it, it was called All Seasons. By the time we arrived it was an Ibis. This took three laps of the one-way system to resolve ...

Very nice hotel, probably the best in St. Dizier. Quiet, picturesque town, easy to walk around. Hotel staff were outstanding! Two staff members gave us rides to and from the hotel: We were having difficulty finding it, walking from the railway station, and a young woman stopped her car to ask if we needed help. When we told her where we were going, she gave us a ride there, since she was going there to work. And when we were leaving, the taxi we ordered couldn't make it in time for us to catch our train to Paris, so another young employee quickly gave us a ride to the station, no charge. Room was very nice, modern and clean; one thing a little strange was some (optional) blue lighting, probably designed for romance. Very nice buffet breakfast.

Ideal hotel for a one night stopover. Room was very modern. Hotel was very quiet. It seemed as though it had just opened.

nice hotel was 6 bikers for the night. but thought for overnight stay rathere expensive

This was a overnight stop for 6 bikers , I done all the bookings and every one said great booking .

le confort du lit, la propreté des lieux l'emplacement au centre ville avec un parking et le calme

au petit dejeuner la salade de fruits n'était pas fraîche et même mauvaise
