Interesting rooms in this converted factory. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Bed was so hard that I woke up sore in the morning.

The room was excellent for our girls (2 and 9). They gave us a ground floor room with a loft with an additonal 2 beds, so we felt like we had our own space. The staff was helpful and spoke English since my French was so terrible. The price was great for a family of four since it included breakfast. The room was very clean. The pillows were too flat for me however, they did have additonal pillows for me to use. Also, they gave my 9yr.old daughter a gift bag which made her very happy. Breakfast was more continental. Had breads like Croissants, baguettes, fruit, cereal, yogurts, one kind of ham, one kind of cheese, coffee, tea....etc. Not a real breakfast but did the trick for our kids. No resturant just room service with a basic menu. However, ordering off the their menu was cheaper than eating out, but the food was just so-so. Also, they didn't tell us that nothing opens up till about 10am and shuts back down at about 12-2 (even museums), so that was a little annoying.

Situated in the middle of the city, the hotel is a very, small, well integrated and charming building. Rooms aren't really spacious, but the size was enough for a 2 days tour of the city. Breakfast was also really tasty with a large buffet. Totally worth the price of our stay!

Danielle, one the staff here is very helpful and friendly. She can speak English well when we dont speak French fluently. This hotel is very nice and clean but it is in little quiet around this area during the holidays (New Year's Day). Only one local restaurant opened but it has great food.

I couldn't say actually. Maybe the receptionist on the day on my departure The rooms are very small, at least some of them. They are not sound proff, so you can hear everything, especially the slamming of the doors of the other rooms in the same corridor. This is very annoying and very disturbing, mainly when the costumers arrive late at night and, as in most cases, they don't care about the others' sleep. The possibility to have a good rest while staying in the hotel turned out to be impossible. The waitresses during breakfast are not very kind. The garage is full of colums, so if one can go out from it without a dent it can be deemed a success.

Very nice hotel and staff. Close to the city centre and to the car park (attention, in summer these public car parks could be close: we had to park in the hotel garage, fortunately there was a place)

Position in front of the lovely park and not far from the historical center. Large bed. The parking of the hotel is small and booking is almost mandatory. I wasn't aware of that, so I couldn't find place and I had to move my car to the "Le Rapp" parking in front of the hotel, costing 20 euros per day. Room was small, with little space for your luggage and objects.

* Service was good and they were attentive all time. * Location is perfect, near the city center. * The room where we finally stayed (we requested a change of room) was lovely and the bed comfortable. * At first we had a horrible hotel room (the 207). The room is perfect except for the ceiling: is made of old wood and all the room smells like it. Also, there is an strange engine at the ceiling (a giant wheel and a iron bar) that gives a horrible appearence... And also looks like if it is about to fall over you! And also is full of dust. At least we could change the room without any problems, and these other one was ok, but don't know about how are the other rooms... * The breakfast is poor.

Nearby the town center, good breakfast At first we got a room under te roof and it was very difficult to go in and out of the bed. We changed rooms but then we got a smaller room, not quit for the price we paid. We only stayed there for one night. The parking of the hotel was full, but we were lucky to find the last space in front of the hotel.

The staff were very helpful and tried to assist when possible. Location is excellent for easy access to the local shops. That the room we stayed in had a separate toilets to the bathroom. No toilet brush, bin or wash basin in the toilet. Therefore you have to walk through the bedroom to the bathroom to wash your hands. This should be advised on the web site.

Excellent location in the middle of the Route des Vins d'Alsace. All picturesque villages within a driving distance of 1 hour. We visited in Alcase outside of the holiday season and therefore there was plenty of room everywhere. Good food and excellent wines :) Rooms were clean and good breakfast served. Everything in Colmar within the walking distance.

Staff very friendly. Parking was no issue. Room modern and clean. Had an air condition in the room ++. Had an elevator++ Location to old town was great - 5 min walk. The breakfast buffet area is way too crowded and doesn't flow, frustrating just to get a cup of coffee.

Polite and responsive hotel staff. Location is good. Breakfast is simple but also good. Reasonable price. They have only several parking spots on their site. Have to search for public parking around hotel. No fridge in the room. Rooms are fairly small.

“Friendly, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Our room was spacious, imaginatively decorated and well appointed . The hotel is perfectly situated at one end of the recommended medieaval city walk. The breakfast, which was included in our tarriff, was excellent and plentiful and the seating very comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful - in fact one of them kindly recommended local restaurants to us and then booked them for us when we had made our choice” Rosemary, Kingston Upon Thames |

“The hotel was the chosen because it was close to the centre of Colmar and was 80 euros for a double - only 10 euros more than the other two star hotels which were all near rthe railway station. Excellent staff, great location, very comfortable room with airconditioning. Should be 3 star.” Matt, Frankfurt |
