This is an excellent hotel. The services were of high quality and the staff was always in a friendly mood. The breakfast was excellent and of good quality too with fresh orange juice. The hotel consisted of two buiIdings and got a room in the second building on ground floor with the door opening to the court yard, excellent. Though categorized three star hotel it is in the high end three star. I was in late October and it was well heated. Nothing in fact except for the underground car par entrance can damage your car. If you are not an experienced driver don't even try it. Ask for a slot on the open space. One booking.com reviewer says street parking is free overnight. |

The hotel is very conveniently located on the edge of the old town. It's a few minutes to most of the central sites and pedestrian areas of Colmar. The rooms are comfortably furnished. The internet access was convenient and functioned well. The rooms on the ground floor across the main building are somewhat unconventional: the bed is right in front of the room doors (that open on the courtyard). |

The hotel was very convenient for Colmar old town. The breakfast was good. The room while clean was not particularly attractive. There was no air conditioning or fan. Most of the staff were pleasant and helpful, but one evening receptionist dealt with several phone calls while we stood waiting for our room key. parking was quite difficult to access. I am glad we did not have a big car. |

Situation privilégiée : très proche du centre historique et suffisamment au calme, jouxtant le champs de Mars. Chambre spacieuse et fort accueillante : excellent compromis entre mobilier moderne et architecture 19ème rénovée. J'aurais personnellement souhaité un petit-déjeuner offrant une variété plus large : omelette, oeufs au plat avec bacon, par exemple....j'avoue que nous nous étions habitués, pendant une semaine, aux petits-déjeuners autrichiens, dans un 4****. |

bonne situation. personnel sympathique. bon petit déjeuner chambre non fumeur mais odeur de tabac entêtante. la douche ne fonctionnait pas (pb de robinetterie) dans une salle de bains rénovée et spacieuse. |

Фактически, в центре исторического центра :). Бесплатная сауна (правда, без душа и вообще - так себе). Вкусные завтраки. Можно себе готовить свежевыжатые соки. Вентиляция работает постоянно и шумит. При включенном в туалете (санузел раздельный) свете - вообще ураган. В номере нет сейфа. |

Le personnel très accueillant et serviable, très professionnel. Les chambres doubles bien équipées et calmes. Le petit déjeuner basique mais copieux. L'emplacement : à deux rues du vieux Colmar. La propreté de la chambre. L'hôtel est divisé en deux parties : une où l'accueil est situé, l'autre en face où il n'y a que des chambres. Cette partie-ci, bien que les chambres soient refaites à neuf, doit être rafraîchie au niveau des parties communes qui sont indignes d'un 3 étoiles (moquette et peintures). |

Die Wegbeschreibung via Internet ist mangelhaft, da immer noch Hotel "Amiral" im Internet steht. Von der Strasse her schwierig zu finden. Vorschlag zur Verbesserung: Wegbeschreibung dem neuen Hotel-Namen anpassen und Änderung des Namens im Internet, strassenseits beleuchtetes Hotel-Schild anbringen |

La proximité du centre ville. La chambre famille en mezzanine permettant d'accueillir sans difficulté 2 adultes et 2 enfants La difficulté a trouver l'hôtel car les panneaux indicatifs mentionnent l'ancien nom de l'établissement soit l'hôtel Amiral ! La salle de bain trop petite, l'absence de foehn et de tablettes permettant de poser les affaires personnelles. |

Obwohl das Hotel Parkhaus voll war, gabe es ein Carpark 2 Minuten entfernt, wo wir tagesüber parken könnten, und ein Mitarbeiter hat uns den Tip gegeben, daß man nachts kostenlos auf der Straße parken konnte. Man konnte auch alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuss erreichen. Kein Fenster im Badezimmer. Nur ein Kopfkissen pro Person, obwohl wir auf Anfrage sofort ein zweites bekommen haben! |
