couldnt get a breakfast before eight o'clock despite it being self service and obviously available but staff vetoed us getting even a glass of juice at 7.30-7.40,and we had to leave and drive to La Rochelle hungry and annoyed.
We were at rear of building and had a lovely view from the terrace over a small lake/nature reserve
Really uncomfortable beds. Peculiar potentially very dangerous showering area. Ill equipped kitchen. No small sharp knife. No kettle. Only espresso cups. No privacy on terrace. Last site on a semi developed apparently abandoned commercial development. Poorly maintained littered car park which was also the view from front of building
it's in a quiet ;location and handy for Arcachon and the beaches of Petit Nice and La Lagune.
no air conditioning. noisy guests
The apartment was nice and clean. The location is in the outskirt of a small city but it is close to the main roads of the region. The terrace is nice. The price is good.
A sun shield (curtain) on the terrace would have been very helpful to have dinner outside.
Our room is on the ground floor, but the room faces in front of lake. It was so beautiful in the morning to have a breakfast at terrace. They have a kitchen unit. Internet is working well as we are closed to the reception. The parking place is free.
There is one restaurant which is buffer. We have to drive to Archachon. Also they don't clean up the room, we have to buy toilet paper rolls alhtough they gave one free in the end. For this price, it is rather expensive.
The view The size of the appart
No air condition The pool is small
Views of the lake, clean swimming pool
No air conditioning in our room, fairly small
location of hotel
The room was NOT Cleaned when we were told it would be ready. The swimming pool was not usable due to bad test results, this was for most of our stay. The area around the hotel is dirty.
We were given Free Breakfast as compensation. Staff were on the whole pleasant and helpful. There is a major superstore cloe to the hotel.
The appartment was good, having the small kitchenette was ideal as I had my two grandchildren with me.There was no cot sheet provided but the staff did give me a flat sheet.Would come there again.
Lake view from room very good.
Kitchen utensils too high for easy reach.
No frills accommodation.
Too much noise. People next door (both sides) smoking on balconies. No airconditioning in room and with sun shining door to balcony had to be open; smoke from neighbors coming in. Restaurant next door; not even worth to try. Food looks good but no taste. Service poor. This is a place I'd only return to as my very last choice.
Warning! They shut doors early evening on Sunday, and you need a key number to get in. Of course, if you haven't checked in, you won"'t have a room key or the key number. There is no staff on site. So get there early.
The price and value for money.
No swimming pool open
Everything but the cleanliness and attending guests requests
At the arrival we were told that there were no romos with lake view but I think it wasn't true because at night we saw lots of appatments without lights as there was nobody there. The most disgusting thing was finding a used condome below the bed and the coffee maker was incomplete.
Great lakeside apartment near Dune de Pyla. Supermarket nearby.
Comfy bed, outlook over lake.
Someone smoking above us and the finished cigarette thrown down which landed on our terrace rail which started to smoulder.
Good size apartment, nice views, just off the main stretch with supermarkets etc close to hand. About 10 mins from Arcachon, close to Dune du Pilat. 2 ring hob, fridge, dishwasher. No oven or kettle. Nice facilities
No hook to attach the shower head in bathroom.
Friendly reception Decent breakfast at reasonable privé Well located
slightly outdated bathroom facilities
Very nice staff and everything was good into the room.
No sponge and dishwash liquid in the kitchen.
Price and comfort.
It is located on a isolated spot, but good access from the highway. Maybe a little old-fashioned facilities compared to booking.com photographs.
It did the best job possible for the price. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very well equipped - fridge, cooking facilities, plates, cutlery and saucepans. There was an outdoor table and chairs for use on the terrace. Extra blankets n pillows in cupboard. Big bath. Comfortable bed. Sliding doors onto a terrace with pines and grasses and a lake with ducks and moorhens. TV. Very quiet. We were really surprised that it was so good for that price and will definitely go back.
The downside is the location because it's in an industrial estate, but actually, that meant it was very quiet at night, so we didn't mind.
The staff was rude. The hallways were filthy.
hotel is very close to the airport, basically you can just walk there, but to reach Bordeaux downtown it takes about 20 min by car, friendly and helpful staff.
