Conveniently located to shops and sites of lille, food at the restaurant was very good and made uo for some of the poorer aspects of the hotel. The rooms were spartan and not what you would expect for a 4 star hotel.I would rate the hotel as a very low end 4 star with a good restaurant. |

The main area around the bar and restaurant looked excellent as well as the common parts .....very impressive. Bar staff were excellent. The reception looked out of place and a littke scruffy. Room decor looking a bit tired and worn so loses the luxury feel. |

Please write at least 15 words we found that the front of house staff were exceptionally helpful on more than three occassions Promoting a drink which was not available!' Mojito'which just happened to be our favourite drink. We were told that the Baccardi had run out. How long does it take to get another? We could of obtained another bottle within an hour! We stayed in the hotel for three nights |

responsive and well informed staff - good language skills, the food,the building (cloisters and wide corridors), size of the room and ability to park the car in a safely. I have travelled widely, mostly on business, all over the world. This hotel and its services stands up well to international standards. |

Lovely hotel in a good location, 10 mins walk to Lille centre. Reception staff very helpful. Rooms comfortable and continental breakfast acceptable. If I was to be critical about this hotel the beds were very hard and the drinks very expensive. |

Very well located. Beautiful architectural integration of old monastery style and modern architecture. Friendly and correct staff. Nice to stay as a base to explore the city of Lille. Rooms are less nice compared to the public rooms (lobby, dining hall etc). Few extra facilities in the hotel. |

the staff were very friendly, the room was spacious and the location was good - in a quiet area but less than a 10 minute walk into the city centre. It would have been good to have breakfast included in the price or at least available at a cheaper price; the breakfast was nice but we only had it once because it was very expensive. |

Location was very central.Internal architecture and layout was very pleasing. very hard beds ( and we like a hard bed) with plastic undersheet made the whole experience very uncomforatble. Overall the breakfast was very good except hot food was poor quality & luke warm.General decoration was tired looking & bathroom quite shabby for a 4star hotel. |
