Lovely hotel in a good location, 10 mins walk to Lille centre. Reception staff very helpful. Rooms comfortable and continental breakfast acceptable. If I was to be critical about this hotel the beds were very hard and the drinks very expensive. |

we absolutely loved this hotel.the moment you step in,you are welcomed by the wonderful design,incorporating the old convent with the modern atrium.good location,an oasis in a big city.The restaurant serves good food and the breakfast was excellent. |

Very well located. Beautiful architectural integration of old monastery style and modern architecture. Friendly and correct staff. Nice to stay as a base to explore the city of Lille. Rooms are less nice compared to the public rooms (lobby, dining hall etc). Few extra facilities in the hotel. |

Breakfast, the look of the lobby and restaurant. The room was very small, the aircon did not work (a hot night), the shower went hot and cold, the toilet and bathroom was tiny. |

the staff were very friendly, the room was spacious and the location was good - in a quiet area but less than a 10 minute walk into the city centre. It would have been good to have breakfast included in the price or at least available at a cheaper price; the breakfast was nice but we only had it once because it was very expensive. |

Reception desk staff was absolutely perfect. Genuinely fair and correct. From Gare Lille Flandres reasonable bus connection (route C2). |

The friendly attitude and helpfulness of the hotel staff Yes, the dinner was not worth the money, in fact I sent mine back because the meat was tough. The dessert was nothing to write home about. |

Location was very central.Internal architecture and layout was very pleasing. very hard beds ( and we like a hard bed) with plastic undersheet made the whole experience very uncomforatble. Overall the breakfast was very good except hot food was poor quality & luke warm.General decoration was tired looking & bathroom quite shabby for a 4star hotel. |

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Parking was limited even though we specifically asked for it when booking. The menu was limited and not clear enough for non French guests. |

Atmosphere is extremely good - and was not mentioned in your site. The conversion is very well done and overall is quite striking. The mattresses were extremely firm - to the point of being hard. I was told that they are all the same which I find hard to accept. |

Great service and big rooms. The breakfast (and bar/restaurant) have a unique loacation. Rooms look somewhat outdated, restyle (modernise) would be welcome. Bed are quite hard, did not sleep very comfortable, not acceptable for this price range |
