amazeing helpfull staff. they did much more than I woluld expect from them. we had problem with aircondition but they sort that problem very quickly by changing our room on different with better standard. room are lovely very quiet. warm and beautifull design. very clean with top standards... we planning to go back to beziere- we will stop in this hotel again!! no one speek english like everywhere in france... |

Staff extremely helpful and very pleasant, luckily we understand french. Very bohemian style hotel, and in very good condition. We were a bit worried when we arrived! Shower brill and they had a portable air conditioner which was well received as it was very hot. Our room had 2 double beds in it for us and our 2 daughters - perfect. Could of had a bit of ham and cheese for breakfast with our bread. |

I liked the most about the price. 49 euros per night is pretty good value. Also it's right next to the main bus stop. I never saw a staff at the hotel desk except when I came into the hotel on my first day to check in - and even then it was difficult to get hold of one. This was very very inconvenient. More importantly, be careful of the area. I probably wouldn't have booked it had I known the area around hotel was so dodgy. It's located on a run-down street with a sex shop outside, and really didn't feel safe coming back home at night, so I ordered a taxi to take me to the door step. Kind of ruined my holiday a bit for me. |

Het personeel stond ons zeer vriendelijk te woord en probeerde ons zo goed mogelijk te helpen, houd er rekening mee dat men alleen frans spreekt. - toilet was zeer krap. - Het ontbijst was lekker maar erg duur. |

Las habitaciónes son pequeñas, los baños reformados pero también muy pequeños, la decoración del hotel es muy antigua. Es limpio y centrico y la relación calidad/ precio es buena si quieres hacer un viaje barato. El hotel está decorado a la antigua manera y las habitaciones y baños son pequeñas. |
