Close to most atractions

The hotel is nice and quete. The location is just perfect, metro station is very close. We had an amazing view to the Eifell Tower. Rooms are not very big, but clean. Hotel staff is friendly and nice.

The lobby staff were very friendly and always willing to help where needed - whether it be questions and/or directions. Price was good, location was central and close to many museums/attractions and the rooms were comfortable. Food market, Pastry shop and Boulangerie shops very close by along with lots of Bistro's nearby - although you have to find the type of Bistro that will suit your taste and price. We were able to arrange a van from the hotel back to the airport - very helpful.

Nothing that I can think of that I didn't like about the hotel. It served as a great base from which to make daily outings to various shops, attractions and museums. There could have been some better Bistro's around the area - although we were able to find a great restaurant a couple of doors down and a really good one on Rue De Bosquet.

Hotel is very well located near Tour Eiffel and metro station in very quiet street and decent surroundings. Free wifi in the room. Rooms are small and outaged. Shower for slim people. Breakfast in basement and expensive. It's better to take breakfast outside like the locals.

Scores very highly for location and value for money. The rooms were quiet at night.The breakfast was surprisingly good. It is however a pretty basic hotel which is ideal for short stay occupancy

The rooms are neat though quite small- as were the bathrooms..

Convenient location, close to transport links, clean, friendly and helpful staff.

I was not told the airport shuttle has to be booked the day before. It would be better to let travelers know when they checked in.

At least one "day shift" staff was nice cos she allowed us to print out our online checkin flight boarding passes. The other "night shift" staffs especially one Indian and another older guy were not helpful and told us to use the computer and printer at the nearest cybercafe!! Also, the first day we checked in, the night shift guy gave us the wrong direction to walk to Eiffel Tower where we actually walked a bigger round. We discovered that it was much nearer by walking towards another route ourselves.

Same as above - overall nothing great to compliment. We were basically mostly annoyed by the night shift staffs as they were unhelpful.

The Alma was in a great location. Very close to the Eiffle Tower and the Invalides. We had wonderful bakeries and grochery stores very close as well. The females that worked the front desk were extremely nice and helpful and our room was always made up and clean. Our room had a fan that we needed since it was very warm and the hotel had no ac.

Our room was very small, the pictures on the website are very misleading. There was one gentleman that worked the desk at night who was very unfriendly and not helpful. It seemed as though he didn't wish to be there and when we asked something we were interrupting him. We also couldn't leave our curtains open at night because the hotel sign was right by our window and would shine in on us aswell there was a light on the building across from us that did the same.
