清潔で明るく、とても快適でした。場所も便利。また、ホテルと同じ並びに大きめのスーパーもあって助かりま- した。連泊しましたが、アメニティーを追加…というより増加して下さっていてびっくりしました。（でもチッ- プは受け取られていませんでした。） 地下に駐車場があってとても便利でしたが1日13ユーロはちょっと高いと感じました。 |

スタッフの方々がとても丁寧で感じよかった。私たちはフランス語がわからなくて迷惑をかけたと思うけど、英- 語で丁寧に説明してくれたので嬉しかった。朝食のビュッフェもおいしかった。１３ユーロは少し高いかなと思- ったけど、２時間も過ごしてしまったのでいいかな、と思った。 |

Central location, quiet, comfortable, secure parking -we have a long car and had no problem accessing the underground car park despite the hotel & other reviewers advising us it would not be possible. |

staff is really helping:we got last minute extra person coming with us, so we needed a bigger room when we got there, the reception person put us in a bigger room with the same rate advantages (10% early booking and breakfast included); as well very diversed, good breakfast ;central location |

very central for restaurants, the market and the race-track. I would recommend hotel for proximity to race-track not really for any other reason. terrace outside room needs covers sun was far too hot to sit out in comfortably without cover. Breakfast is too expensive eating experience has no atmosphere.I had superior room which wasn't really big enough don't like small bathrooms without windows. |

The check in was 3pm but we arrived at 10am just with the hope that we could leave the luggage. But they said your room is ready so we were we able to check in straight away ! - Excellent service clean friendly quiet and attractive hotel. I was directed to where we could park for free which for Deauville is a good thing because it is expensive. |

Very nice new building, fresh and appealing desing and decor of the rooms. Good value for money in Deauville city centre. Central location and yet very quiet ('garden view room'). Flat screen TV, electric window blinds, modern room/bathroom equipment and features. Room not entirely clean, the carpet was not vacuumed and we found a cigarette butt in the bathroom. The extra charge for 'garden view' leaves a lot to be desired, the view is nothing special (random rooftop plants and an abandoned house with missing windows). It's very quiet though which helps. |

The room was immaculate and looked appealing, was comfortable and well equipped. Wi-Fi free - although dropped out at times. I liked toilet separate from bathroom. Bathroom very nice. Staff had a friendly helpful attitude. Very central location. View over hippodrome in distance. Would visit this hotel again! No kettle and tea/coffee facilities in room!! Room quite small. Shower over bath, but no screen! Breakfast was very nice, but E13 extra and included breads, cereals, fruits and yoghurt, cold meats, cheeses and cold hard boiled eggs. Freshly prepared eggs were available but at additional cost. Parking additional cost. Free street parking not always available. |

L'accueil très attentionné dès l'arrivée: nous avons eu notre chambre à 11 heures (11 am). La décoration est réussie. Le petit déjeuner généreux. Un trois étoiles comme on les aime: abordable et néanmoins déjà très agréable. We liked it so much (compared to another experience in a chain hotel in Deauville earlier this year) that we have to say it is great and encourage others to come.... and next time we might not have a room available because it will have become so popular and will be fully booked |

L'hôtel était charmant, raffiné. Le personnel était très accueillant. La chambre était très belle, propre avec un mobilier ancien que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Insonorisation parfaite. |

Les chambres patio sont excellentes et très bien aménagées. Il y a tout le confort nécessaire et l'hôtel est très bien situé par rapport au centre ville. Les chambres patio donnent sur une cour, ce qui laisse très peu d'intimité si les rideaux sont ouverts. |
