Great hotel run by husband and wife team, very friendly and offer information on where to eat beaches etc... The hotel in only a short walk from the train station and the main shopping promanade. I highly recommend the hotel to fellow travellers visiting Cannes. Thanks !!!

The Alnea isn't a cheap Hotel, but for his location and the hotel staff attention is a very good option for visit Cannes. The room is small but it's clean and comfortable.

They don't have parking and the public parking is very expensive.

Very small room. Stairs leading to the room is very steep and narrow. No lifts.

Its location to everything in Cannes. Its perfect for a weekend break.

The hotel position is its best point - literally 2 minutes walk from Palais des Congres and beach, very central! The hotel is small and cosy, owners made their best to make me feel comfortable, gave some tip on dining and sightseeing. The room is tiny, but I only slep in the hotel - so airconditioning and soundproof, and well as thick curtains wew great for my sleep. The hotel is new, modern, stylishly decorated and clean. I didn' t try breakfast, served not at the terrace - I preferred enjoying a coffee in caf'e outside. Overall, a great experience, won' t hesitate to stay there again when traveling to Cannes.

Everything was great, nothing negative could be said about such a charming hotel. The room is mayve a little bit small, but this is nothing, taking into account the hotel's central position and an excellent price-quality ratio.

Staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast good, price ok considering it's so central to everything in Cannes.

The hotel is small but very practical and functional. It has an excellent location and is very good value for money considering the city centre location. The gentleman at reception could not have been friendlier. Perfect for budget-conscious singles or couples that want a city centre location.

A proprietária é muito gentil e prestativa. A localização é excelente: duas quadras do Festival de cinema. Bem central. O quarto é novo.

O café da manhã é bem simples. Como não é incluso, melhor dispensá-lo.

bell'alberghetto,piccolo ma confortevole. Ottima posizione centralissima.Cordialita' fanno parte dello staff.Prezzo decisamente valido considerato che ti trovi a Cannes. Ho sempre speso delle grandi cifre per alloggiare ma ora mi rendo conto che vi sono alberghetti come Alnea che meritano e puoi farti anche qualche week end in piu'. Siamo stati benissimo.

La situation géographique, le calme, le confort. C'est un bon rapport qualité-prix au vue des autres hôtels. Il y a même un fer à repasser...

Pas de parking mais on en a un à 5min à pieds (18€ la journée).

Es verdad que las habitaciones son pequeñas (aunque son todas distintas, creo, y hay de varios tamaños) pero es muy acogedor, y bonito, y el personal es muy atento. La ubicación es muy buena, y el desayuno está bien.

Lo que ya se ha dicho, no tiene ascensor ni parking, aunque pudimos dejar el coche en la puerta, en la plaza que tiene el hotel reservada, dos noches, porque no esperaban otros huéspedes.

Il rapporto qualità/prezzo dell'albergo. La categoria 2 stelle di questo albergo è nettamente superiore a categorie 3 stelle che ho frequentato. La camera, quella blu, molto piccola ma carina e ben curata. Hotel quasi di design per il modo in cui sono stati curati i mobili e gli arredi. La padrona dell'hotel è stata molto cortese. E' il primo hotel che trovo con un condizionatore silenziosissimo, anche più di quello di hotel 4/5 stelle. La posizione è ottima, perché vicinissimo alla zona dello shopping, alla croisette ed alla zona vecchia.

La doccia ha il telo, il letto è largo solo 1,40 e la stanza è piccola. Se uno dovesse passare più di 3 giorni lì non credo che starebbe comodamente.

In una posizione ottima in pieno centro a pochi metri dal palace du festival e da la croisette, solo camere molto piccole ma pulite,ottimo lo consiglio a tutti

.) teilweise seeehr dünne Wände .) alles etwas kleiner als sonst .) wenn es nicht die Cote d'Azur wäre, würde ich schreiben, der Preis ist zu hoch - für nen Hunderter pro Nacht ohne Frühstück bekomme ich anderswo etwas ganz Anderes - da hier aber alles etwas teurer ist als sonstwo in Europa, ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis wieder in Ordnung

Прекрасное место расположение,все рядом. сотрудник на ресепшене очень помог с возникшей проблемой с полицией из-за парковки)Спасибо ему огромное! номер маленький, но чистый.Вкусные мюсли на завтрак)в каннах не очень хочется сидеть в номере,поэтому размер комнаты не имел особого значения.

The location is perfect for a short stay in Cannes. Close located to the promenade and restaurants. Although pretty small, the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Parking is not available and is pretty expensive in the area.
