“ Hotel's location is extremely good. It has direct access to the slops of Meribel Mottaret. The lobby-restaurant-bar-spa areas are recently renovated and decorated with very good taste. The food in the restaurant is very good quality. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel very much. I definetly recommend this hotel also for its very polite and helpful staff. ”

The Hôtel Alpen Ruitor is located in the heart of the Three Valleys Domain, in the centre of Méribel-Mottaret. It offers panoramic views. Rooms are comfortable and traditional. They come fully equipped with TV, bathroom and views of the ski slopes or a view across the Méribel Valley. Anne Sémonin Spa features a sauna, hammam and hot tub. You can also book a massage before enjoying afternoon tea in the lounge. The reception welcomes you 24 hours a day, everyday. This hotel is ideally situated for skiers - the doors open straight from the ski locker area onto the main lifts of Meribel Motteret offering easy access to all ski areas of the 3 Valleys. It is adjacent to restaurants, bars and shops so has quite a lively buzz for apres ski. (Although this can be noisy if balcony doors are left open at night to counteract the room heating which I always find too intense in Europe) The staff are friendly and helpful and the manager both greeted us on arrival and farewelled us on departure. The wellness area is new and pleasant with sauna, steam room and small jacuzzi - Nicholas gives a geat massage too! The bar is welcoming and the two restaurant meals we had were great (although we weren't on half board) The only issue we had was with the breakfast buffet which usually had lots of variety. On one day though we went to breakfast at 10.15am (it finishes at 11) but found that it was mostly emptied and not being replenished - no juice, no meats, no pastries or croissants. When we asked if breakfast was continuing until 11am they then offered to bake some croissants.

familiäre, sehr herzliche Atmosphäre schönes Ambiente im alpinen Stil kurze Wege vom Skiraum zum Lift Skigebiet !!! die teureren Zimmer sind aufgrund der nebenliegenden Diskothek durch die lärmenden Gäste nur bedingt empfehlenswert Ausstattung ist OK, kann aber mit gleichwertigen Hotels z.B. in A,D nicht mithalten (ist aber in Frankreich überall der Fall)

Comfort, cleanliness, proximity to slopes, personnel, nice hostess and owner of the hotel. overpriced, no swimming pool, empty restaurants in Mottaret in the evenings, distance from Meribel center (10 minutes' drive in bus - goes twice an hour).
