Ingen aircon. Morgenmad er ikke en buffet - men et baguette og en croissant med smør/marmelade

Very rude staff, the internet didn't work and noone seemed to know what to do to fix it, but good value for money, clean and good location

the location was convenient for us the staff was helpful and friendly

the room was extremely small and the bathroom was tiny with a shower and toilet and sink all in one space with no way to keep the whole thing from getting soaked. there were no soap and shampoo offered and the bed was uncomfortable the room was extremely noisy as a bar was attached where the staff shared their schedule of work

Run by keen young guys eager to make a living.

This was not the right choice for a retired couple, it was just too cramped, so we left after one night although two had been booked.

It was cheap and cheerful and very central. The staff were helpful. Rooms a bit on the small side but very clean. a bit noisy but you expect that in a city centre. I'd stay there again.

only the smallness of the first room we had, one of us had to sit on the bed if the other wanted to move about!

Location.

When we arrived the room and bathroom was still dirty. (bed had hair in it, stains etc) Also, the bathroom had a foul odor.

Excellent location, just off one of the main squares (Kleber), lots of restaurants & shops around, parking directly in front of the hotel for an extra fee (with hotel's discount, 16 EUR/day). Great value for money at 50EUR for a double room.

Be prepared for very basic rooms, no view and rather odd bathrooms. Can get a bit noisy if you keep a window open due to outside seating of a restaurant downstairs.

Helpful staff, excellent location

very very small rooms

The staff was very nice and tried to understand even when they don´t speak English. I liked their breakfasts. The location of hotel is perfect, as by tram you can get anywhere in very short time.

Only one person from whole staff could speak English. The young man who werein reception in the evening. The heating was always off, so the room was cold. And when I turned it on, the cleaning staff turned it off and opened the window, which was therefor open from 11,00 to 19,00. When I sent an email and asked for information how to get to the hotel from the airport I got no answer.

Hotel appropriate, good value for price.

Wifi inexistant,telecommande TV casse,chaines totalement melangées,j'ai ete liberalement devore par des puces,1 serviette Grande et 1 petite pour 2 pers,chambre extremement petite

la situation géographique

oui les fenêtres de la chambre étant cassées, elles ne fermaient pas correctement, il faisait très froid dans la chambre et la salle de bain très moyen, un hotel vraiment de passage !
