The location is good very near to the Cathederal and thats about it.
We were two people and had a three bed room. The room was very small and in a shabby condition. The bathroom was pathetic and the toilet would hardly flush. The whole time there was this smell of an open toilet coming from the bathroom. Must have been some defect in the sanitation. We stay only one night. I don't don't recommend this hotel at all.
Wifi was not working. The appartment was clean but the saucepans,... were not.
The location is good, near train station(10 min walk) and close to attractions.
The wifi receiption was bad, I almost cannot get online. The room seems nice but furniture were not as good as it looks. No elevator and we had to carry our buggy to the room everyday. A bit noisy at night.
It didn´t feel fresh in the apartment.
Very central location. Spacious apartment. Extremely friendly staff. Good value.
Limited wifi. We booked for 4 but they set up the apartment for 3. The fold out bed for 4th child was really uncomfortable. Limited cooking equipment.
good price, good value for money, comfortable bed
Price is good. Location is super -- old city is easily reachable by feet. Was surprised that in the hotel they speak not only French, but also German, English and even Russian. Small fridge and microwave oven was in the room. They provided bed for a small kid, but we were too lazy to assemble it. Our 2-years old kid was not able to crash anything while we was sleeping :)
Room is bit small, but its more than enough if you are using it mostly to sleep. Probably some renovation could be done in the shower to make it looks better.
Decent location, in the center public parking close by, public transport is less then 100 m.
The people were really helpful, good size room, central location, balcony was nice,
There was a hostess bar across the road! Not child friendly, wi-if poor unless you were at the window, shower head holder was broken, floor was dirty, parking not good for a large pickup truck, lightbulbs broken
The apartment was a good size. Free internet. Walking distance to anything in Le Petit France.
Lots of stairs to climb to get t apartment with heavy luggage. Staircase is extremely dark at night and can't see steps or door keyhole. Staff not very helpful or friendly when asked for extra toilet paper or towels. Staff does not speak English.
Noisy room due to outside traffic therefore difficult to sleep properly. When we arrived in the late afternoon admission was not possible for half-an-hour until the proprietor returned to open the door.
- breakfast in this hotel doesn´t have the value they are asking for, better eat somewhere else - in the city, where the europian parliament is taking place, any hotel should have at the reception desk person, who speaks also different language than french...
The location is great and the stuff is very friendly. We arrived around mid night and he is waiting for us and offer late check out.
Everything -staff very helpful, room basic but clean. Good shower, comfy single bed although very tall person would struggle. Great price for very central location but wifi does let it down as it's slow.
Wifi speed. Small towels.
Good central location
No air conditioning and could only get into room after 4:00pm. Lady on front counter was quite abrupt and not helpful
Bad breakfast. Oly one cup of coffee! And it was described as a buffet breakfast, which it wasn't.
English speaking staff.very helpful.
Location friendly staff clean would visit again
Stairs! Breakfast was a bit expensive at 10 euros per person for a piece of baguette and a coffee
Private Bathroom Chair in living room Refrigerator in room
Toilet didn't flush well
Location-one block or so from the Homme de Fer Tram stop. Easy access to the entire city. Staff was friendly & kind.
wi-fi & tv did not want to work (we were in the room so little that we never really said anything to the hotel staff)
We reserved a room, and were put in an apartment in another building, which was 3 flights up a flight of stairs (and no one offered to help with suitcases). There was very poor furniture in the tiny apartment, which looked nothing like the pictures in the website, the pillows on the beds were lousy, and there was a leak in the bathroom, thus we had to use our towels to keep it mopped up. On top of that, the breakfast was very disappointing for the price, and we opted to eat elsewhere on our 2nd and 3rd mornings.
Location Friendly Discount for parking Lovely town
Paid parking We were fine with it, but lack of elevator might be a problem for some.
