Аннуляция бронирования
В случае аннуляции за 2 суток до даты заезда штраф не взимается
В случае аннуляции позднее этого срока или в случае незаезда взимается 100% от стоимости первой ночи проживания

При размещении всех детей младше 3 лет на имеющихся кроватях проживание им предоставляется бесплатно .
При размещении всех детей младше 2 лет на детских кроватях проживание им предоставляется бесплатно .
Максимальная вместимость дополнительных/детских кроватей в номере - 1.
Дополнительные кровати предоставляются по запросу. Требуется подтверждение со стороны отеля о предоставлении данной услуги.
Домашние животные
Размещение домашних животных допускается по предварительному запросу. Дополнительная плата не взимается.

Отель оставляет за собой право предварительного блокирования средств на кредитной карте до приезда гостя.

it was modest but adequate, for a very reasonable price. a good location except for those wanting a hotel right next to the station. no comfortable chair in the room [a common fault] and the lift was minimal - only room for 2 |

the location was convenient for us the staff was helpful and friendly the room was extremely small and the bathroom was tiny with a shower and toilet and sink all in one space with no way to keep the whole thing from getting soaked. there were no soap and shampoo offered and the bed was uncomfortable the room was extremely noisy as a bar was attached where the staff shared their schedule of work |

Run by keen young guys eager to make a living. This was not the right choice for a retired couple, it was just too cramped, so we left after one night although two had been booked. |

The location was great, extremely central. I had my own room and bathroom for a reasonable price. There is no air conditioning or even fans, not even for rental. It was a bit hot and leaving the window open meant letting tremendous noise from drunkards on the street in and waking me up. Also, the lobby and Internet cafe were under construction. Had I known that I would not have stayed there because I needed Internet and it's crazy that they can't even make you a coffee there. Plus it was just annoying walking around ladders and past fresh paint. |

It was cheap and cheerful and very central. The staff were helpful. Rooms a bit on the small side but very clean. a bit noisy but you expect that in a city centre. I'd stay there again. only the smallness of the first room we had, one of us had to sit on the bed if the other wanted to move about! |

Very nice people who made our stay pleasant Yes we had booked a three bed room and this hotel doesen't have any three-bed-rooms. A "grand lit" and a single bed is not the same for three male friends |

Location. When we arrived the room and bathroom was still dirty. (bed had hair in it, stains etc) Also, the bathroom had a foul odor. |

The apartment is very close to the center, we had the benefits of more space and the hotel assistance. Also, it was quite in the night. No elevatr available,it can be a problem for older persons. But 1st floor was OK. |

Excellent location, just off one of the main squares (Kleber), lots of restaurants & shops around, parking directly in front of the hotel for an extra fee (with hotel's discount, 16 EUR/day). Great value for money at 50EUR for a double room. Be prepared for very basic rooms, no view and rather odd bathrooms. Can get a bit noisy if you keep a window open due to outside seating of a restaurant downstairs. |

The staff was very nice and tried to understand even when they don´t speak English. I liked their breakfasts. The location of hotel is perfect, as by tram you can get anywhere in very short time. Only one person from whole staff could speak English. The young man who werein reception in the evening. The heating was always off, so the room was cold. And when I turned it on, the cleaning staff turned it off and opened the window, which was therefor open from 11,00 to 19,00. When I sent an email and asked for information how to get to the hotel from the airport I got no answer. |

La situation est vraiment idéale, en plein centre ville. Le parking situé juste en face est très pratique C'est bruyant, mais c'est l'aléa du centre ville. |
