Native English speaking Recepcionist. Confortable room with beautifull view towards the highest Alps peaks. Location at the edge of downtown. Parking fee for the hotel guests. |

The views of the Boissons glacier are totally outstanding. Those of Brevent ( which our room looked onto ) are dull by comparison but still worthwhile. |

The rooms were large and the highlight was the balcony overlooking Mont Blanc and the township of Chamonix. The furnishings were dated and old - but considering the price this was not a major concern |

The location was convenient, and the views were nice. Also, the staff's English was perfect. I was really looking forward to having the buffet dinner at the hotel's restaurant but for some reason, it was closed that evening.... |

I liked that there was a balcony, with city view. Clean rooms, with seating in addition to beds. Very central location in Chamonix. |

I like the location of the hotel (couldn't be better), the staff and some areas (reception, restaurant) The standard rooms are awfull. Please don't book these rooms. The rooms with the mont-blanc view are nice but nothing "from the other world". |

The hotel was well situated: a few steps from the main street and just across the street from a bus stop to take you to the slopes. The hotel had sauna and jacuzzi with no extra cost. The hotel was clean, comfortable, there was a hotel bar and a big lobby to relax in. It was quiet. Although the restaurant was nice as such, the food was not very good and also the buffet was rather a disappointment. Ok to eat there for a weekend, but not for the whole week. The desserts were excellent though. |

We stayed half board-I'd highly recommend that option as food was good. Staff were very helpful. Good facilities and central location. You need to get a bus to the slopes. Transport is terrible-waiting for ages for buses which means huge queues for cable cars. Not the hotel's fault but it is problem for resort as a whole. This is the only aspect which would turn me off coming back to Chamonix. |

It was exactly what we hoped for: not top of the range but convenient location with ski hire on site and bus stop to the slopes opposite the door. Also clean with plentiful and decent (if not exceptional) food and friendly staff. Good value for money and an interesting mix of nationalities staying there. Rooms a little bit shabby but did not bother us and not unacceptable for a 3* |

Excellent location. Skibusstop was across the hotel, beautiful mountainview. Very friendly staff. Ski-rental facilities in hotel. Smelly bathroom, no ventilation. Wellness facilities were little outdated and not perfectly clean. |

This hotel is located right in downtown area. The ski bus stops right in front of the hotel; however, some of the ski slopes are in the walking distance. The restaurant is located on top floor with view of the Mont Blanc from almost every window. The food was excellent for both breakfast and dinner. The Jacuzzi is too small as it is the sauna. There is an always full parking (20 places), however, you can find free parking in ¼ of mile form hotel. |
