Good location, friendly staff and pleasant looking hotel.

It was a very good location and the staff were very friendly.

The breakfast was a bit too light. Few choices.

The room was spacious, beds comfortable, no noise . Relaxing atmosphere, good times for breakfast, and a good selection. Location and parking good.

My grandson did not like the plant overhanging when using the toilet!!

I didn't see the staff at all on the first night and the next morning (they had e-mailed me the door code). I was the only one staying there on this night and they did not come to see me. Also they charged my credit card when I was out and I wanted to pay in cash which I had brougth with me.

Small and cozy hotel, in a great central location. Amiens Cathedral - which is the biggest in France - and train station are within 10 minutes walking. Room cleaned everyday. Staff was nice and friendly, though not always available. Great quality for price. My room was quiet and pleasant.

Check-in hours are a bit strange. If you arrive after 7 PM no one is there to welcome you, they just leave you the hotel entrance code and the key. Breakfast tends to be the same everyday and is not spectacular, but it was enough to start the day (croissant, coffee, cereal, cheese, butter, jam).

Staff were efficient and helpful. It is well situated for city destinations and for transport. Good breakfast.

The reception was closed and I had to sleep on the cold stone floor in reception. I'm still awaiting an explanation from the hotel owner. I have these issues with the local tourist board, who are looking into the complaint further.

Location is good, it's about 5 minutes on foot from the railway station and from the centre of the city. Clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed. Helpful staff. Wi-fi worked well.

The street where the hotel is situated is not very beautiful... but inside ok.

Paid for breakfast but no staff turned up to serve it. Totally wasted 30 euros. Disgusted! No one answered emergency telephone number.

Rooms were comfortable. Nice soft carpet. Lovely ensuite.

Slight damp smell on stairway. Also we were advised that we needed to contact the hotel for an access code as we would be arriving after midday on Sunday. Had to send quite a few emails to try to get this. Day before we arrived we managed to get it but we were told we probably would not need it. Process was a bit of a waste of our time.

We stayed at the hotel for three nghts as it was the perfect location for us to explore the many World War I Cemetaries and battlefields in the Somme Valley and Picardie more generally. We were very happy with the standard of accommodation and the very friendly helpful staff. Amiens is a lovely city as well - the old part of town by the cathedral and along the river bank is fascinating with many excellent restaurants and bars. The city also features some of the friendliest people in France!

Tiny, steep and narrow staircase with tight bends. Very difficult to get up to rooms with big suitcases. OK with small bags though.

Room and bathroom were both very clean and everything was in perfect order. It has a good location for exploring Amiens.

The hotel was very convenient to the railway station and enabled us to access the Australian War Memrials nearby.It was walkingwalking distance to some great sights in the city. The breakfast was very good.The bedding included a top sheet,great for hot weather and storage for clothes was adequate.

There we was no door on the ensuite just a curtain. There was no tea and coffee facilities in the room

I stayed for 2 nights,with my dog,very quiet hotel,walking distance to shops,bars and restaurants and public transport,it's cheap and ideal if you just want somewhere to put your head down.

The parking in the streets outside the hotel was a bit limited at times and I had to park round the corner a couple of times.The lady who prepared the breakfast didn't speak alot of English,so communicating was a bit hard.I had a dog,we were put on the 2nd floor up a spiral staircase.

We were there for the Anzac Day dawn service in Villers Brettoneux. The location was perfect to collect our shuttle bus early in the morning. The hotel was small but clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and nice. It wasn't a flash hotel by any means but we had everything we needed and really enjoyed our stay and felt safe and cosy.

► La moquette avec des taches dans la chambre mériterait un rafraîchissement . ► Douche et WC partagées à l'étage ( dans le cas contraire, la chambre serait évidemment plus chère )

Keurige splinternieuwe kamer op begane grond met twee tweepersoonsbedden. Perfect voor gezin met kinderen. Vlakbij restaurants en op 10 minuutjes lopen van de kathedraal.

De straat oogt armoedig.

Eher schlecht isoliertes Haus, etwas zugig.
