The proximity to Annecy (3 min) and Geneva (25 min) allows you to shift between France and Switzerland very easily. If focusing on Annecy and having a car, this is definitely the best place to stay. |

The welcome was excellent and the room was clean and comfortable.I would recommend this hotel for its value for money. Although out of the town it was on our particular route so this was an advantage. Also Annecy is a lovely town and well worth a visit. The views of the hotel in the pictures give the impression that it is out in the country which unfortunately is not now the case. It has been surrounded by industrial units which are unattractive and the main road is in front of the hotel. It also needs some ingenuity to reach the hotel from the other carriageway. |

l'hotel ne correspondant pas du tout au critère siter sur le site. il se trouver en pleine aggloramation . nous avons pris cet hotel car il ne restait plus beaucoup de disponibilité. nous étions très deçu a notre arriver. |

Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Personnel agréable et discret. Chambre propre et confortable. Décoration veillote et équipements de faible qualité (pommeau de douche par exemple) pour un hôtel 3 étoiles, excepté pour la tv. |

Het ontbijt was uitstekend en goed verzorgd, de ligging is ook uitstekend aan de doorgaande weg. Zeer matige bedden en een niet al te vriendelijke eigenaar / manager. Het aanvragen van een internetcode kostte nogal wat moeite. Geen enkele mogelijkheid iets te eten, ook geen petite restauration |

Struttura decisamente valida: camere spaziose e ben curate, personale attento e disponibile, comodità di parcheggio privato, relativa vicinanza al Centro Sporico di Annecy (10 minuti di auto) ed all'autostrada. |

economico,staff gentile e disponibile,parcheggio gratuito e comodo,colazione abbondante camere da ristrutturare,rumoroso per la strada trafficata davanti,nessuno parla inglese,non cosi comodo come scritto alla città (ci vogliono 15 minuti di macchina e non 3/4 come scritto) |
