We arrived tired and hungry after a very long drive from Chartres. The management on reception spoke good English was polite and most helpful in directing us to an excellent restraunt. The room was bright and clean, small but all we needed for a couple of nights. |

Hotel was spotless. Easy to find from airport. Late arrival arrangements worked well. Car park secure. Room was small, but okay for overnight stay. Bed was hard. |

Fantastic value hotel. Only a few Euro more than the economy hotels but far better equpiped. Staff were delightful and quietly efficient. Our children made very welcome and adjoning rooms with secure shared lobby offered at no extra cost. Rooms well equipped - not large but nicely designed and spotless. All public areas also pleasant and very clean. Breakfast good value. Secure parking a bonus. We highly recommend the Altica chain of hotels. Lighting in bathroom a bit dim - I was struggling to find a negative! |

The room was refreshingly clean and tidy, well-designed and thought out and, although small, used all the space cleverly. It was exactly as described on the website. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. |

It was clean and very affordable. Only saw 1 x member of staff and she was very pleasant. The hotel too far from the city centre. It was difficult finding a meal/drink within walking distance. |

easy to find just off the motorway, clean rooms, friendly staff, close to main routes into pau, good value breakfast, excellent value for money, spa and swimming pool opposite hotel, quiet, free parking wifi didnt work for me-but staff happy to help |

Hotel was very clean and just refurbished, basic but comfortable facilities and I would be pleased to book this hotel again. A very minor point is with the majority of French hotels they do not provide basic English T V which I assume with digital broadcasting they now could as the language is selectable. |

Sympa le buffet du matin ! Oui le manque de volets à la fenêtre, le lit d'appoint à roulettes pour un ado de 1.80 m c'est juste ; ainsi que l'accueil trop tardif (à 17 h) car nous arrivions de Perpignan, partis le matin à 11 h 30, je pense qu'une heure plus tôt ce serait bien. |
