Check in is from 15.00h, but we arrived at 11am and the man in the reception behaved totalleý spastic, wanted us out of the door and told us not to come before 15.00. I made it clear for him that we did not neccesarily want our rooms, but we wanted to deposit our luggage as we were going to vistit touristplaces and i did not want all the luggage in our car. He told us again to leave, but I insisted and told him that it was perfectly normal that a hotel provided storage facilities for guest arriving early. Finally he allowed oús to put our bags in the lobby. Strange man. When we came back later our luggage was already in our room and the rest of the stay was pleasant... very little breakfastroom so we had to wait 15 minutes to get seated.

The breakfast was ok

We had a room above the noisy road (half of the rooms are on this side of the hotel). Luckily we were very tired, otherwise we would not have got a lot of sleep because of the passing trucks and cars. You are forced to sleep with an open window because there is no airco. The room itself is large but amateurishly painted and decorated (as if the owner did it himself). The private parking is some distance from the hotel so not very safe. The hotel bar is ok but expensive and closes at 22:30. Stay away from this hotel unless you are certain you have a room on the backside, which is quieter.

Very helpful receptionist. Nice breakfast. Quiet at night. Good location.

Did not like the decor and furnishings.

Staff were very helpful with all speaking English (owner speaks very good English).Breakfast good and plentiful.Disabled facilities within hotel fine but step from pavement makes it very difficult for wheelchair users.I would certainly make a return visit.

Confort Isolation Phonique Insuffisant. Mauvais positionnement Prix/Prestations.

Propreté, proche des autoroutes, au centre des lieux historique a visiter.

Uniquement des croissants au petit déjeuné, pas de pain au chocolat. Attention à l'entretien du bâtiment, des fissures sont apparentes.

La personne de l'accueil était très chaleureuse, et la literie très confortable. Pas de problème de bruit malgré la route en contrebas.

Temps d'attente à l'accueil un peu long pour l'enregistrement (1 seule personne pour tout gérer), chambre avec le plafond de la SdB qui témoignait d'un ancien dégât des eaux, hôtel bruyant le matin (pas très bien insonorisé en interne).

J'ai failli résilier ma réservation en parcourant des critiques vives mais j'ai adoré cet endroit remarquablement situé avec un excellent rapport qualité / prix. C'est vrai que l'on entends un peu de bruit mais alors, il faut réserver un 4 étoiles (... et encore) ou une maison isolée. J'y retournerai en vacances, c'est sûr!!!!

Il y a un gros problème d'isolation phonique au niveau des canalisations d'eaux qui nous réveillent le matin avec un bruit strident. Le chauffage n'est pas réglable à partir de la chambre (séjour en Novembre) Le petit déjeuner est de moindre qualité par rapport à un service de chambre d'hôtes (Mauvais pain, pas de fruits variés...) le téléphone de la chambre ne marchait pas. La direction ne tient pas compte des réclamations des clients et ne s'excuse même pas des désagréments causés. Aucun geste commercial. Il semblerait que l'établissement ne soit pas tenu par un véritable hôtelier.

Personnel agréable

Mobilier complètement dépasse dans la chambre. Très bruyant ( bord de route) . Wifi inexistant au 3ème étage ( le fille de l accueil m a répondu que mon pc ne devait pas être assez puissant.... Le signal je pense... Ni mon iPhone ni mon iPad ne fonctionnait en wifi...). Rapport qualité prix complètement déplace.( Nous voyageons svt en France et a l étranger )
