The staff was friendly en willing to help. I made the booking on booking.com but since it mentioned it was a 2 person room, I made a call to the hotel first to inform them that my 7 year old son would join. They told me it was no problem and that we could even get an extra bed for 12€ per day. I clearly indicated that I would book via booking.com, which was no problem. When I was driving that day, I got a voicemail on my phone from the hotel. When I called them they told me that we could not get the room and we needed to pay 60€ extra for a 3 person room. I basically do not have any issues with such a hotel policy, but they should tell this in advance. This is why I made the call to the hotel before I booked in the first place! Nevertheless, I did not let this spoil my holiday and enjoined the time… |

Where to start! The Car Park was €5 per night extra charge, and was very tight to get into round the back in my 300c. The Room its self was very old and worn out, A Cabinet with chunks out of the side. The Toilet light was just Wires hanging roughly through a hole in the Celing, looked more like a on going building project to me. The Breakfast was a total waste of Money, €8 for a small bowl of Cerial and a Pcs of French Stick, No Meats on offer as i would have expected with a Buffett Breakfast. The Restarant next door was a lot better than expected, nice pcs of Steak. All in all in my opinon a very unpleasant place to stay. my final point, there was no obvious Fire safety at all. |

Breakfast start only from 8:00. There is no person in Front for 24h. If you have to check out earlier, you have to explain it in advance. But there was no explanation about that. |

Helpful and friendly staff Room was spacious and clean but in need of upgrading especially the bathroom shower. The hotel is quite a long walk to the centre of the town and although we enjoyed the walks it could be a challange to older people. |

this hotel is very clean and modern. The rooms were great for our purpose, which was to visit St. Michelle. The town is very lovely although this hotel is a short drive to the center of the town. It's about 25 k. from Mt. St. Michelle, but a very easy drive. |

hotel confortable, chambre propre et bonne literie. Personnel aimable, et présent, petit déjeuner correct et possiblité de parking privé. J'ai bénéficié d'une réduction de 19 € en passant par internet, sur un forfait chambre triple + 3 pdj + parking. salle de petit déjeuner trop petite si tous les clients viennent en même temps, en ce qui nous concerne, on a eu de la place tout de suite. |

Aardige mensen, goede bediening. Schone hotelkamer Hotelkamer was verouderd, niet zo mooi als op de foto. Parkeren was prima maar de uitrit was erg laag zodat auto soms op de weg botste. |

Es un hotel muy tranquilo, limpio y cómodo. Pedimos habitación con dos camas y de fumadores y no nos dieron ningua de las dos opciones. El desayuno un poco escaso. No podías elegir donde sentarte en el desayuno. |
