Nice neighborhood. Friendly staff. Very small lift. and stops only at half floors. room door are very close by. Toilet facilities are very basic and lights are dim. |

the location is very good.very close to the Commerce metro station. Close to shopping area.12-20 min to eiffel by walking. the receptions who never cares what you need.they dont give any information to a tourist. Even they dont know where is the tourist information. We would stay 2 more nights and they told us that the hotel is full and we picked up and left to find another Hotel. While we were leaving they told that there is place but the price is higher than we stayed before.They should give information to us that the reservations cancelled and we can stay more.after we picked up everything they told us this. I think the workers are careless.They made my time waste.i looked for another Hotel and moved there. |

location and area were all right, room was quiet no kettle in the room no microwave to use in the whole facility, poor shower in the bathroom, I paid for the morning coffee only - the price of the whole breakfast. |

Really good value for money. And rather comfortable for the price. The quality of staff was so poor. They were incredibly grumpy and we never got a smile. Also. The night porter, who we had not seen before, did not even glance at us when we returned aroung midnight, making us question the security. Anyone could walk up the stairs and probably break into the rooms freely! Also, breakfast was not worth €7.50! |

Just spent 3 nights at the Alyss with my 15 year old Grandson and his friend! Could not have envisaged such welcoming staff and service (especially from Nazim!) The rooms were clean and comfortable, we were in and out most of the day and it was great for what we required. Location was great for me out on my own, great shops, cafes etc and walking distance to Eiffel Tower and Les Invallides, metro close by, the boys loved it and said they would definitely stay here on any return trip to Paris! We had a promotional offer which made it all the more attractive! |

24 hour reception. Laid back check in/ out. Happy staff. Like other hotels in France in this category, the towels could be larger and softer. Also better quality toilet paper would be nice too. |

The hotel was really perfect for our stay in Paris. It was located near the Eiffle Tower and we were walking almost everywhere. The room was very clean and modern, just like on the photos of the website. everything working in the room, towels changed daily:) The area is just perfect 3 min to metro and with the real atmosphere of paris!!! ( not like the area of Sacre Cour, which is dirty and people are drinking on the streets:( I really liked the hotel staff, always kind and smily, once even was offered tea when it was too late to buy anything:) great value for money the only thing would be the lack of tea/coffee making machines, or access to the kitchen, but everything was great |

the french balcony with blooming flowers, room is reasonable sized,very convenient to metro, shops, dining and superstores. a lovely place to visit again. the lift is extremely small, only fit 2 people. however, as a city explorer, this is not a big deal. can be part of french contemporary culture. |

Clean, comfortable room with bath in central Paris for a reasonable price. A place to sleep after long days of sightseeing. You hear traffic quit well, the soundproofing is not very good and although there is an electric fan in the room, air-conditioning would have been great. Also a mini-fridge would have been nice. |
