I like the location, the cleaning, the Wi-Fi.
I don't like because in the room was very, very, very cold ! The sheets are bad because we sweat under the blanket and in the room the temperature was very low !
The access card, given with a post-it note on the back for the door code, is a bad idea. The post-it fell and we found ourselves locked from the outside at midnight, with no one answering the phone. Hitchen, quasi inexistent. Shower is so tiny one cannot turn. Definitely not worth the money.
The location was nice, a quiet little neighborhood with lots of Pho restaurants and a Monoprix nearby. Really close to a metro station.
The cleanliness in our suite didn't live up to what the previous reviews had indicated. There was black mould in the corner of the bedroom and the dishes in the kitchen were pretty grimy. While we got new towels each day and had the trash taken out, I discovered (via a mark on the duvet cover) that they were simply making the bed each day, not changing the sheets. I wouldn't expect bedding to be changed each day, but making it seem as though something has been done when it hasn't seems a bit strange. After buying groceries to make dinner, we discovered that our stove didn't work, because of this we weren't able to use all the items we bought and therefore had wasted money and wasted food. When we told the hotel about this the woman at the front desk simply shrugged and said she'd look at it.
Near metro stations, the lady in the reception was very accommodating and kind. Near Asian supermarket and Asian restaurants which really suits us.
The room was too warm as there was no air conditioner and the staff didn't offer us any electric fans
It was really nice place and value for money. Very close to the metro and probably will take around 15 mins to get tourist attraction in Paris. Staff was very friendly.
Wallpaper had stains on door leading out to terrace wouldn't lock old dated furniture and extremely noisy
friends leave messages and the reception deleted and phone could not take messages, pick-up the phone and have 2 messages but could not hear it. Staff at reception not polite and rude. People call to ask my name and the reception don't know the guest room. not recommande to anybody.
Location Rooms small yet nice refurbished comfortable bed parking for car available
Excellent! I traveled with my parents and stayed for 3 nights. Absolutely nothing to complain. The room had everything we needed. The kitchenette was fully equipped and everything was clean. The elevator is a big plus for older people. Location is not bad and it's close to a supermarket. The reception ladies were very friendly. I would say this hotel holds value very much and the hotel management should keep it like this as long as possible. Thanks a lot. I will only stay this hotel in my next trip to Paris.
Nothing to complain.
Excellent location, metro station and big supermarket is not far, many inexpensive, but good asian cafes in the neighbourhood. Comfortable room with adjustable heating, clean kitchen with all necessary things, microwave, electric kettle, TV, hair-drier. Very friendly staff.
Wifi is not free, no safe in the room, one socket didn't work.
Location is good for in and out. Very convienient circumstances.
Facilities don't look clean even though some of them are. Electric fan was still put in the corner of the room with lots of dust in the wings. Hair dryer had malfunction due to contact inferiority.
The hotel is value for money. The hotel is quite clean and has got good wifi. The restaurant and specially bar is quite good..
The hotel windows do not lock properly so it can be a bit cold when the outside temp. is really low but heater work quite well. And the hotel is a 20 minutes walk from city center
1.There is no Staff at the reception between 12AM and 3PM and after 8PM, in spite of the fact the check-in time is advertised as 1PM. We contacted the hotel with an advanced warning of our expected arrival at 1PM and were promised that we would be able to get the key from the safe in the reception. However, on arrival there was no any key left for us in the safe, so we just had to leave our luggage in the lobby and only hope that we will find it there later in the evening as we did not plan to return to the hotel before 8PM. We found the key on our return but had a lot of troubles openning our room, and again there was nobody to help. The whole experience was quite frustrating. 2. The hotel garage is very small, with space available for only 3 cars, 2 of which had already been taken prior to our arrival. With a big car like ours it took us about half an hour to turn around in the garage and park the car and we could do it only after moving some stuff away. 3. The room size may be 18m2 as advertised, but that definitely includes a small kitchenette and the bathroom too. 4. The basic room furniture is old and shabby. 5. The beds are extremely uncomfortable: too short for a tall person; small cheap pillows; old sagging mattress; and that typical for cheap hotels plastic cover under the bed sheet, which makes the whole your body to sweat. Therefore, no good sleep at all.
The staff was very cooperative, helpful and good. Very neat and clean. Would definately recommend this.
Location, friendly staff conversant in English...nothing fancy, good value
Room and bath clean but well worn
The rooms were clean. Hotel was close to Tolbiac metro station.
The rooms were cleaned everyday but the towels and bed sheet were not changed everyday. The hotel lobby is too small. The lady (other than manager) sitting at the reception was very rude. We asked for Tea and coffee and she said that we have to inform her one day in advance if we want any tea and coffee.
hotel only has three parking spaces, public parking in neighbourhood is expensive
