Location in Chinatown of Paris was fun. Easy access to subway stations.

Friendly welcome by Marie and all information provided on arrival and during stay making it easy and relaxing. Car park onsite was handy and cost reasonable. Rooms were an adequate size and facilities good. Location to amenities such as restaurants and transportion nearby.

No electric jug to boil water

The information of the web is out of date, they have to say the hotel have free wifi, due to that we was close to ignore it.

A wonderful room with kitchenette, clean, and spacious. Had a balcony to sit outside and enjoy the afternoon sun. While the location isn't near the main tourist attractions, it is very close to Tolbiac metro. The area is local and not overpriced, adjoining Chinatown. Plenty of nice restaurants nearby.

The apartment was clean and very near to the metro station (5 min walking distance). I recommend this hotel for short stay.

The only thing is kitchen was very small.

Cheap hotel, clean

Good hotel with kitchen\kitchenware. Not far from metro station. Huge numbers of cheep Chinese restaurants nearby.

Be aware if you will plan to arrive to the hotel and check-in after 20:00. Reception closed, nobody can meet you for open the hotel door and give you the key. In such situation, you need to call to reception before 20:00 and ask for pass from common hotel door and pass from security safe which will contain key from your number.

A little removed from city center

It has kitchen facilities and a charming balcony. The confort of an appartment with the facilities of a hotel.

It´s a bit far from the centre, but close to the metro station. The size of the room is small, but enogh for 4 people.

The service and attention was great

We have stayed there for two nights and are quite happy to choose this hotel taking into consideration both the room and car park rates. We have traveled to Paris by car and hotel was able to provide us a space in their car park which was in the basement and fully secured. FYI: The car park can accommodate 3 or 4 cars and therefore pre-reservation is strictly recommended. Metro station is close by and the area seemed to be safe and secure. It was almost 1 am on Sunday that we have arrived at the hotel and nothing has bothered us at all. What we liked the most was the room design. It was kind of studio flat with small kitchen facility including electric cooker, microwave, kettle and mini refrigerator that allows you to cook and eat whatever/whenever you like. There is a big supermarket nearby open until 10pm which makes big difference.

very helpful and friendly reception, very comfortable room in good location in Chinatown

This hotel is in a great location in Paris's Chinatown. It's handy to a couple of different metro stations and a huge supermarket, as well as lots of excellent-value Asian restaurants. Our apartment was ideal for a family with 2 kids. It was compact, but had a nice spacious balcony. The kitchen was small, but adequate for our needs and there was good wifi coverage. The staff were really friendly and went out of their way to help us with advice and information.

There were a couple of minor things - the lock on our ranchslider out to the balcony had been removed, so there was no way to secure the door. We were on the 4th floor, so this wasn't too much of a problem, but we were aware of the fact that our apartment wasn't 100% secure. Also, there was no airconditioning. During the heat of summer, this would be a problem - especially in the loft bedroom upstairs, which got pretty hot.

We booked 4 rooms in AMHotel Italie. The rooms are quite large for Paris's standard. Every room has microwave and a little kitchen. The bedroom and bathroom were clean. The staffs were very helpfull and friendly. They are not 24 hours available in the reception desk, but if you will arrive in the hotel not in their working hours, you can alert them in advance, they will wait for you. They speak good English!

Good for people who like chinese food as street is filled with them

No AC or fan as displayed in site, Extremely small rooms. When we came there people were working on the flooring. This hotel is ok for single or couple but definitely not with children or kid even their double room is extremely small. Location is not that great as metro is bit far and reception work only till 8 and even before that no one is in their desk.

Friendly staff. Own kitchen facilities were good and the kitchen and equipment was clean. It was near the area I wanted to be.

The attitude and helpfulness of the staff. Proximity to a Metro. It was a quiet location.

- la grande propreté - la gentillesse du personnel - la situation dans un quartier agréable - le calme

- les horaires d'ouverture de l'accueil ! personne entre midi et quinze heures, c'est un peu embêtant quant le train est arrivé à midi et qu'on a besoin de poser ses bagages. Enfin, il suffit de le savoir quand on programme son voyage.

Falta de utensílios na cozinha

удобное расположение, доступная цена для семьи из 3-х человек, наличие миникухни -просто спасение, когда с тобой едет дети. доброжелательный персонал. метро недалеко. рядом булочная, супермаркет. это удобно для таких как мы-детям завтрак нужен был дома. а также это позволяет сэкономить. интернет был бесплатный. за сейф на рецепшн мы тоже не платили.(документы хранили там, так как балконная дверь полностью не закрывалась)

плохо работал душ в ванной-либо горячая, либо холодная вода. но если смеситель отремонтировать, все будет ок! также не закрывается балконная дверь наглухо.(об этом писали другие туристы). но к нам никто не залез и ничего не пропало.
