The staff, especially the restaurant manager and Alexandra on the reception desk, were both exellent at their jobs. No tea/coffee making facilities in the roomand the television did not have BBC world or Euronews. |

That the hotel had superb grounds and was accessible to the beach We would have liked breakfast at a more reasonable cost and to have probably a built in breakfast and dinner plan optional |

Location: the first row to the sea, excelent view to park/swiming pool with the sea behind. Helpfull staff, nice swiming pool and garden. Good value for money. The train goes between the hotel and the sea making noise roughly every hour. it is the case in whole cannes area, however. Absence of the minibar/refrigerator in the room is a minus. |

Good value for money for the room. Restaurant offers low quality, overpriced food. No mini bar in the rooms - unacceptable for a 4* hotel. Restaurant/room service charge €3 for ice cubes. A complete rip-off. |

Pool relaxing however one of the mornings that I had set aside to relax at pool was ruined by maintainance staff and noisy lawnmowers. Could this job not be done earlier in thev morning or later in the evening. |

Direct access to the beach Number and variety of TV channels could be improved + Coffee and tea could be available at rooms + internet service should be offered at a lower rate |

I like the location. Its on a quiet area yet very near to everything. There's a bus service going to the city centre of Cannes which is only 3 stops away. Or you can walk on your left about 5-10 minutes and there will be another city center (can't remember the name) where restaurants, church, supermarket are. The hotel has also a swimming pool. The moldy smell of the bathroom. It must be the shower curtain. There is also some paint peeling on the bathroom (bottom of door). The vents are also dirty. The bathroom tiles needs to be scrubbed. In our 2 nights stay, when they do the housekeeping, they did not change the bedsheet nor replace plastic liners on garbage cans... And the carpet needs vaccuuming. |

The stuff was very helpful and accommodating. The hotel looks modern and original. Nice place to relax and enjoy time by the pool and at the same time to be within the city limits. You need to have car for a comfortable stay, but parking is an additional charge. Nothing is included in fact and everything costs too much! Breakfast, parking, etc. I banged my knee and went to the bar to get some ice and was charged 3 Euros for a cup of ice! |

Quite good as hotel, but I've chosen it for the internet connection that I was supposed to have in my room (although I knew that I should pay for that service). Unfortunately there was only a weak signal in my room that couldn't allow the connection. I reported that to the hotel's management and they told me that I should speak to the Swisscom!!! I spoke but nothing changed! |

The staff were very friendly and the room was comfortable (the air-conditioning made virtually no noise). I had heard that the noise from the train was a problem but it didn't bother me. The breakfast (at 22 euro) was over-charged, from what I could see of it - from a short distance. |

Quiet room - I chose a "Garden Facing" room which was exactly that - pleasant view whilst avoiding intermittant noise from nearby trains. Staff were pleasant and helpful when I had problems parking my car. Outdoor pool was well-appointed and relaxing. Access to cheap/frequent public transport was a bonus. Breakfasts & Bar prices were excessive ("fair") - so I did not use them and tended to eat/drink locally |

It was okay but I wouldn't rush back. Rooms were small. The toilet had dark tiles on the walls, which made it seem very dingy. Cleaners did not make up our room on the second day and we had to ask for clean towels. Didn't like the decor of the hotel, too much orange everywhere in the corridors and bedrooms. |

J'aime beaucoup le design de cet hotel, la décoration des chambres et j'avoue que la vue sur la piscine et la mer est une chose irremplaçable. Petit déjeuner un peu cher pour ce qu'il propose et représente. |
