Easy access to the city, a metro station is about 100 yards around the corner so you're not far from travelling to anywhere. Staff were very friendly and spoke good English so there were no problems with communication. Noise from street was almost non existent and, from other rooms, was minimal. A supermarket was close by so getting a few drinks and snacks was very simple (and a lot cheaper than the vending machine in the hallway!). The hotel was in an area with a high number of immigrants who liked to hang around on street corners, although there was no hassle it was pretty intimidating when walking the back from the metro late at night. Bathroom/toilet areas were small but at least they were private. There was no amazing view from the window but you don't expect much from a first floor room in a big city!

The hotel is very close to "Marcadet Poissonniers" Metro Station, only 2 minutes walk. Near to Carrefour market. The room was fair, not to small but not to big, clean room, have a flat TV, free wifi. Don't forget to print out the booking confirmation from booking.com or you can be scolded by the reception. he's a little rude when asking 'bout the booking confirmation, but actually he's nice and quite helpful.

Some of the staff were very impolite. The Hotel said they would have free internet in all of the rooms but that was not the case, Internet was accessible only in the lobby of the hotel.

No elevator! I was located at 4th floor. Oh, mine, Paris is the 4th stop of my EU trip. U better know how heavy my luggage is... The room is small, with everything inside though. Nearby, there is a Chinese restaurant called 'hao yun lai', fairly good, i mean the taste and price. Worth a shot! No elevator!!!

Despite parking issues (it should not have shown up when filtering for Parking - the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Firstly in changing the room to a lower floor as they had no lift, and we couldn't have managed five flights of stairs. Secondly in locating a baby bed, as despite entering child on Booking.com ,it didn't show come through on the paperwork, and finally in assisting and translating with the Parking situation. The hotel detail states plenty of on-road parking, and indeed appears to claim having Parking (as I specifically filtered on Parking to shortlist) - however whilst not technically a lie, finding a parking space is near impossible, then you need a card from the local Tabac to pay for it, and finally you are limited to 2hrs! Useless if you plan on relaxing and leaving the car alone for the day! You have to return every two hours, or drive to your destination and circle around for another two hours for a space when you return. Finally be warned there is no lift and five floors!

Staff was friendly, room small but tidy and cosy. The access to the city was very easy, because the metro station was only 5 minutes walk. Perfect place for low budget travellers.

Good location, friendly staff, nice breakfast Rooms have pipes running in them, so you will hear of it when people flush the toilet above you. Very small bathrooms, and a slightly bad-water smell, but overall quite bearable

Location - close to a metro station within Paris zone but surroundings are not safe and pleasant. Quality of hotel services and hotel staff proficincy was unbearable. Addtional services for extra pay were imposed while direct hotel services ignored (delivery of luggage without elevator, broken facilities in a room). The hotel staff immediately forgets English when it's not concerned their profit. No advice or consultation on Paris trips was provided on request. Full cost should be paid in advance immdiately on entering the hotel making no choice for the customers. Low cost can't be considred sufficient reason for the awful hotel services I've never enjoyed before using Booking.com for hotel reservation.

The hotel was clean and close to a subway line that took us straight into the center of town. The personnel spoke English well and the hotel was fairly quiet. The personnel was rather cranky.

Close to metro station Room is far too small, no escalator within building, staying on higher floor is a problem, the shower keeps leaking water to toliet floor after shower, the staff English standard may need improvement.

It was a great place where to stay for few days. Nice staff, there wasnt any problem with english. Room was really clean, new furnished. There was no hairdryer in the room, but you can borrow it on reception. Great place really close to Sacre Coeur. Location wasnt so safe in the night but this problem is everywhere in paris.

Location, close to metro, simple, but really good. It was raining a bit when I arrived, and it sounded like the roof was about to fall off when the drops hit the roof/walls/something in the hotel. Could also hear the neighbours very well, but this is really nothing to complain about.

The hotel is just as expected for the price I've paid. Room was clean and neat and the staff was rather welcome. and of course the location - it is a walking distance from the majority of sights in Paris There was virtually no space in the room for anything other but the bed. There were problems with shutting the window and even when shut, it was still too cold in the room

“We were basically looking for a good rate in a good area and found the perfect deal with this hotel! We had a wonderful stay. There are lovely cafes and restaurants around the hotel. You can go everywhere fast by metro and even faster and much more comfortable by bus! The room was small but had everything we needed! we would recommend it for sure!” Victor, Dresden |

“The location is very good. only two minutes to metro. Very close to Sacré Cour, Montmarte, Pigalle, you can go there on foot very easily. Breakfast is clasiccal French style; croisant and marmelade and the hotel serves a lunch box per day, per person which is so useful. The hotel staff is very helpful and nice.” Aydin, Istanbul |
