Nothing to remark. It is close to a metro station and not far away from Sacre Coeur.
I was in this hotel for two nights. The worst thing was that it was not possible to sleep till late in the morning. The walls are so thin that you can hear every whisper from the rooms next, above and bellow you. If you want to sleep in the night, choose another hotel. The door from the bathroom was not possible to be closed. The neighborhood are very noisy.
good starting point for exploring the city, close to the metro station good price-performance ratio comfy bed, own balcony with a nice view over the roofs of montmatre
The bed was comfy and the room was functional for a young couple on a budget.
We wiped the walls down; black came off. We had a 15 month old toddler and the cot provided was horrendous; we nearly left as she couldnt sleep. Luckily a childs mattress fitted the cot. Bathroom was ok. Some staff were excellent; others grumpy. Cheap hotel.
near metro good resturants around with lots of Halal food options
Manager was rude. Toilet door did not close
Overall, room and breakfast are nothing fancy, but acceptable.
Decor in need of refurbishment. eg. peeling wallpaper.
Felt welcome. Good breakfast. Clean rooms with en-suite. Near metro station and within reasonable walking distance of Gare de Nord.
No lifts and narrow, steep stairs. Do not go here if you have a lot of heavy luggage and not young and fit.
Hotel was very clean and nice. Breakfast was good. Staff was very helpful and nice.
Rooms were little bit ruined, ( furniture and the curtains... in number 27) Toilet ok and shower , but little.... TV- was not able to watch from the bed, because tv-stand did not allow to turn the angle, so it was visible only in negative colors upwards.... No lift.
The Hotel manager getting into an argument with a passer-by on the street, so unprofessional. Then the ceiling dripped water all night into the toilet room, which flooded the room. When I asked the manager for assistance they just said, what do you want me to do about it. Very poor service, not recommended.
small stinky rooms, shady neighbourhood, small difficult to find street, bad coffee, asked us to give them money to leave our luggage in an emptpy room when we checked out before our fight back but said they could not guarantee our luggage will be safe, horrible attitude from the staff, very unhelpful and rude and so many more ... just dont go there, it's not worth it !
Location near Metro station.
Rude staff who were very unhelpful and disinterested in serving guests, no elevator so you have to cart luggage up many many sets of stairs and small dirty rooms. Don't bother staying here- there are plenty of better value for money places in Paris.
Location is very good as having metro station very close from where you can connect to any where in Paris. You will get few shops, restaurants and other facilities around it.
This is the first hotel in my entire life who charged before your check-in. they charged from my UK debit card which costs me more including convert charges in EURO. Got room with a infant on 3rd floor without lift and no help. Room was ok. Staff was ok. Overall rating 2/5 because of location
feel not safe in the night
Location in old towwn
Distance from House of Dancing Waters show
Staff was extremely kind. Not too far from cafes and restaurants.
Overall, room is ok. Small which is not an issue but the sink had some bugs coming out and shower could be a bit cleaner. Halls are creepy and it's too expensive for the look of it. Might as well spend $40 and end up in a decent spot.
Helpful staff Cleanliness Free wifi Breakfast Quiet Close to metro
Small room Busy area
the place,next to Monmartre
Everything was small, the room was so noisy, nights too
It's a great location -- away from the centre of Paris but only two minutes from the Metro and this gives you access to the entire city. On the other hand, the surrounding district itself is colourful and interesting, especially if you like the weekly street markets and shops selling North African sweets. Good quality, crisp and clean sheets and towels, serviceable wifi and friendly reception staff make this a worthwhile place to stay. As others have said, there is no lift and there are six floors. But if your room is on one of the upper levels then the extra exercise will add to the sense of virtuousness you will experience from knowing that you are saving money on accommodation.
Breakfast is not included in the accommodation cost. This is a small detail, but for that same reason I think the hotel could offer a simple breakfast as part of the package.
Smal room, not cean , smelly , No elevator , the area is not nice, don't try it. Honestly
Big rooms. Hotel located near the metro station.
There was no curtain in the bathroom. Sometimes the street was noisy
- Montmartre is a 10 minute walk uphill. - Clean room. - Polite and helpfull staff.
People's smoking there a lot.
Was a great hotel. The receptionist was very friendly Is right by the basilique
The area at night didn't feel safe
The location is good, close to metro stations.
The room was small, maybe too small for the price, considering the hotel is not in the centre. The neighbourhood is very dirty.
Good location. The beds were comfortable
I had asked on booking for a room on the ground floor. Instead we had to haul our luggage up 27 stairs. The male receptionist had promised to call us a taxi to get to the train station. I asked him three times. We finally missed our train ( we had prepaid tickets) and had to buy more On contacting the hotel about this it was denied. My emails were ignored. There doesn't seem to be an association of hoteliers that I can make a comp-laint to.
The location was great, with a very good pub around the corner. The staff were very friendly indeed. All together a very pleasant stay. Mim from Canberra Australia.
