There is no kettle and coffee cups in the room

The staff was excellent, I would stay there again.

The internet was slow

Staff were pleasant and thoughtful. Everything was very clean. Room was comfortable, and had a small table suitable for working on. The WiFi worked well. For me it was convenient that there was a small seating area in the foyer where I was able to meet with a colleague (staying at another hotel) for a discussion one morning, before proceeding to the event we were attending. The hotel was conveniently placed for my particular needs. It is reasonably close to Metro stations and to the Arc de Triomphe, so would be good for a city break too. As Paris hotels go, it was fairly cheap, and I feel I obtained good value for money.

It was our third anniversary and we really enjoyed our stay, the room was very clean, and the staff was helpful. The Location was perfect, just 7 mins from Arc de Trioumph and Champs Elysees

The location is great!! 10 mins walking from Etoile and Eiffel. 5 mins walking to metro. Lots of restaurant around that area. I got the great rate on booking.com at the last mins. Just need to be aware the room is small.

Quiet street, good location

Walls are very thin, could hear neighbours tv. Shower was very small.

Rooms are rather small and those looking on the street are very noisy

Loved the close proximity to the Eiffel Tower.

Great location, perfect for seeing main sights of Paris. Nice and quiet.

Staff were not very friendly, didn't smile much - stayed at a lot of others hotels through France on this trip and other reception staff were all much friendlier and made more effort. Also for the price I expected a bath in the room and a bar or at least breakfast room.

We liked that it was centrally located, very close to a Metro station, and it was clean and quiet.

The only real annoyance was that they turned off the air conditioning 2 of the 4 nights we stayed. Although it was relatively cool outside these nights and this is why they probably turned it off, the street was loud with the window open and so we would have preferred it closed with ac on. It was hot without the ac on and the window closed, as it was a small room.

close to Arc de Triomphe, Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysees, metro stations close by, lots of little cafes and shops around the area.

Bright clean shower and bathroom. Free wifi. Close to Trocadero. Quiet residential area but range of restaurants nearby.

Bed too small for a tall person.
