The hotel is comfortable, new and very close to Lyon airport, but you can not find many things arond the hotel, so to have a car is always helpful. The breakfast was good. Considering the price, the rooms should have a better infra-structure. |

Good location outside of airport, good parking, very modern accommodations, pleasant and professional desk staff. Very stark, few room amenities, very dim lighting in room, five euro charge for safe (?), wakeup alarm on telephone never came through. |

The bathrooms and the beds. Never received the wake up call....and this is an airport hotel. Staff did not know how the AC worked in the rooms. Ours clearly did not work at all and we were moved into a suite ( I believe it was the only room available) after much discussion and an hour and a half in a sweltering room. |

The hotel was quiet, clean, and comfortable. We arrived late and were able to relax in the bar. No negatives - just a suggestion: Guests who are arriving from the airport/TGV need clear information when booking the hotel so to arrange to be picked up by the hotel shuttle bus. |

Spacious rooms, very clean, free internet connection, friendly and helpful personnel, the free shuttle service to the airport very convenient. Breakfast is very poor, coffee in particular could easily be classified as contradiction in terms. It could also be very helpful if the hotel offer a shuttle connection to the city centre upon request on competitive terms to the taxi fares, as taxis are the only means to go to the city centre if you are with no car and they are pretty expensive. |

I liked the food, the service, the rooms. The rooms were a little cold and the thermostat could not be adjusted to a comfortable temperature for sleeping. I mentioned this to the staff. Although the location is convenient, it is on an industrial estate. |
