two things, first there was no kettle in the room meaning i had to order room service for coffee at 2 in the monring when i returned from a night out. and though the room was very big, and i was booked as a single person the room had twin beds rather than an expected double. |

The city itself Two beds vice one double also asked for champange on arrivel but not delivered. also when checking out never asked if we had a good stay. |
