Mycket trevlig personal som gjorde sitt bästa för att få oss att trivas där. Hotellet i sig ligger perfekt till. Det var rent och fräscht. Dock behövdes kanske rummet en liten upp-fräschning. Duschen saknade dusch-draperi, vattnet hade väldigt lågt tryck samt antingen var det för varmt eller för kallt. |

Läget var helt optimalt. Härlig kringmiljö med bra restauranger. Tyst och lugn gata. Medioker rumsstandard. Störande renovering. |

Hotellet ligger centralt beläget på en liten lugn gata utan allt för mycket trafik. Hotellet var under restaurering något av en byggplats, några rum var stängda på grund av helrenovering det visste vi ingenting om när vi kom. Personalen gjorde i stort sett vad de kunde. Hiss saknades. Kommer säkert med tiden att bli fint. |

The location was excellent, which is why we chose this hotel...an easy walk to the Tower, Louvre, Notre Dame, Arch, great restaurants, shopping and more... Ok, this is petty, but the tub didn't have a stopper, so we had to improvise, but if that's the worst thing that could've happened, we're pretty happy. |

The location There was no elevator which meant climbing to the 4th floor with all our luggage. The room was small and the air conditioning did not work. The hotel requires major renovations. |

the location to eiffel tower walking distance. it was close to the metro and train station. the stairs were hard going up 3 flights. |

The room was clean, comfortable, and well located. It was a good value and fit our needs. The staff was great. It was a little small, but I knew that going in. |

Excellent position in the centre of Paris right under the nose of the Eiffel Tower. Close to other attractions also. Very friendly staff. |

It was clean! Staff was friendly and were able to answer all questions. We had them help arrange a shuttle to the airport. It's closely located to the Eiffel Tower. The stairs. There is no elevator, and the stairway is really small. It took a lot of effort to even take our small luggage up. Our a/c did not work properly. |

The Hotel staff was absolutely wonderful and everytime that we returned to the hotel in the evening, we looked forward to talking to them! They made our hotel stay SO enjoyable. Hotel rooms needed some repairs and updating. No elevator, so had to climb stairs to get to the rooms. |

I liked the location in Paris to get to the museums and attractions. The bathroom was cleaned daily and fresh towels were available which should have scored a "good" under cleanliness but I scored as "poor" above because the shabbiness of the carpet made the room feel unclean and dirty. I noted that other rooms had wood floors which seemed more acceptable. It seems that depending on the rooms condition, a visitor would have different opinions. |

Good advice re eating out, tours, city sightseeing and shopping, good english language understanding from staff. Our heavy bags meant a lift would have been good!! |

The location to tourist sights. Most sights within walking distance, close to metro. No air conditioner, no fans, no breeze, very warm rooms. You will sweat. Street is very loud with scooters and people at all hours. Bright hotel sign across the street never lets you have a dark room. Check in was at 2pm room wasn't ready until an hour and 30 minutes later. Other guest rooms weren't ready on time either. |

its nice and cosy, most staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke good english. We asked to have an extra bed in the room, and arrived to find that this was not allowed. We would have liked to have been informed prior to arriving that this was not ok so that extra accomodation could be organised for our third party. |

The rate and location were great and although the rooms were very small, they were clean. Perfect for our quick trip! In addition, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. |
