The 2 receptionists gave me this rare and warm welcoming smile that was really comforting after a long day driving. The room was little small but spotless. Hotel is located between the water front and a business street filled with shops. I booked this hotel because of the high ratings & I was actually looking for flaws but it was above my expectations. |

Great, central Cannes location. The rooms are modern, clean, have efficient air conditioning and contain flat screen TVs. Free desktop Internet access is available in the lobby. The multi-lingual staff was wonderful. As with most smaller, city-central European hotels, the facilities are limited (no pool, no exercise room, parking is available one block away, etc), but the friendly, cozy and secure nature of the establishment makes up for this. Excellent shopping, cafes/restaurants, the beach, etc, are all nearby and easily strolled to. The staff was always patient with our requests, willing to help with a smile and made us feel welcome. Our week-long stay there was an exceptional experience and we would highly recommend this hotel. |

Extremely friendly and helpful staff - a friendly staff member was available 23hours a day! Very good location - right in the centre of Cannes, only one minute walk to the beach (never needed to use our hire-car). Internet in the main lobby was free |

The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were always kept very clean. The location of the hotel is excellent and enormously convenient in a quiet street in the middle of Cannes. |

Outstanding service. Incredibly friendly people working at the hotel, nothing was too much trouble. Most of the other guests were regulars and I am sure that when we stay in Cannes next it will be there. The breakfast was simple and delicious too. Perfectly situated in Cannes a really good place to walk to and from shopping, the beach and when going out in the evening. In short 'friendly, clean and a great location'. Initially, I was a little disappointed with the size of the room. However it was one of the cleanest hotels I have ever seen and I was out and about most of the time, so it didn't trouble me. Also, given the price we paid for our room, in an expensive town like Cannes, it probably was the right size! |

Nel complesso anche se piccole molto carine. nella presentazione nel sito veniva dichiarato panorama mare, ed avevo scelto una camera con queste caratteristiche invece il panorama è semplicemtente un altro hotel che blocca qualsiasi visuale. |
