good position nice room near every thing a good place to stay in

Among mid class price options, i believe it had best place. anyway everywhere you can find metro station in Paris, the hotel was close to two metro stations. very clear and very friendly staff. what else we need.

breakfast we didnt eat at the hotel, i guess for the same money, it has sense to eat outside in any brassarie.

We were able to leave our luggage when we arrived too early and when we were leaving for an evening flight home without having to carry it around the city. The room was spotless. It was within easy reach of the Clichy and Rome Metro stations. People on the desk were very helpful and were patient when we tried to speak in French but also spoke in English for us.

Perhaps complimentary coffee making facilities in the room would be nice after a long day sight seeing instead of one small bottle of water.

The room is good and clean. It is near to the metro station. The staff is kind and helpful.

There is only one electronic thing could use wi-fi with only one user name and password. It is a little bit uncomfortable. But, the speed is wonderful.

Receptionists spoke very good English (Better than our French!) and were quick to help. Let us leave our bags in the hotel after check-out, so we could enjoy the afternoon before we traveled again. Were still very friendly when returning to our rooms late at night (2am New Years, 11pm the next day). Located <5mins walk away from three different Metro lines, very easy to get around Paris (once you get used to using the ticket machines)! Also a good bakery around the corner. This makes a big difference to a budget city break, as it is fantastic place for saving money on food - the price of food in Paris is absurd and completely unjustified!

Went for a long weekend with a group of friends and as I had organised the trip and booked the hotel I was pleased that the hotel lived up to expectations - small but comfortable rooms, a good selection of items for breakfast, and very friendly and helpful staff. The bar was small but the drink sizes given by staff are very generous (you do not need to order doubles!!). The metro is nearby and only 2 or 3 stops away from the Champs Elysee

The location was convenient to montmatre, and I like the small boutique hotels compared to the larger ones when staying for just a couple of days.

It would have been nice to have a little more space to put luggage in the room.

The staff were very friendly and helped us book a tour to see the Moulin Rouge. We booked two rooms and they were next to each other as requested and both very comfortable. In the area around the hotel there were a few different metros, some very good bakeries to grab breakfast & some good restaurants. Would happily stay here again.

I felt like I was in a Paris community. No major luxuries but the view outside the window reminded me where I was everyday. Claire at the front desk spoke very good english and was helpful with our many questions. She taught us how to use the metro which seemed so overwhelming but we mastered it by day2!

The laundry services are very expensive. Their is a laundry mat on the same street. However 10 euro a load (insane!!). We just hand washed what we needed.

Location is great, within walking distance to Metro and Bus. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel, newly renovated, and clean. Walking distance to major sightseeing sites, access to different metro lines. Availability of variety of restaurants, shops, laundry / dry cleaning facilities, etc nearby...

The hotel is centrally located for Paris with easy access to the major sights via the metro and even within easy walking distance for some (Montmartre and the Sacre Coeur). The superior double room was a good size and nicely tidied every day. The free wifi was appreciated as was the safe in the room. The hotel is on a quiet street and near a variety of restaurants and cafes. We were very comfortable there and would not hesitate to stay there again or recommend it to others. The hotel also books its guests on request on the mini-bus shuttle service to the airport, and this is well worth paying for as a hassle-free method of getting to the airport.

On the whole, everything was fine, but there were one or two things that could be commented on. In English hotels, we have become used to the provision of tea and coffee making facilities. We very much missed these at the Elysees-Opera. We also did not like the prohibition against taking food into the rooms, supposedly for hygiene reasons. Since the hotel offers room service meals, it doesn't make sense to cite hygiene as a reason for prohibiting food in the rooms. I am told that this stricture is wide-spread in Paris hotels. When I complained about not getting the television to work, my complaint was not met with the alacrity I might have expected. However, in the end, a technician did come with me immediately to fix it. A broken lightbulb in the bathroom was also mended immediately.

Outstanding staff! The front desk personnel were the most helpful anywhere.

Did not allow food in the rooms - sign stated due to hygene.

I have stayed there before and find it quiet, comfortable and clean. Staff at the reception desk are always polite and very helpful. I am going again soon.

It is not the hotel's fault, but I hate duvets - I prefer sheets and blankets, which I can control. Breakfast, as in all French hotels, I have found is a sad and meagre affair - at least here everything is fresh.

отель очень уютный,номера маленькие,но комфортные.есть плоский телевизор,стол и кресло,сейф для ноутбука(бесплатно).санузел достаточно большой и чистый(душевая кабина).месторасположение хорошее,рядом 3 станции метро,на площади клиши много ресторанчиков и кафе.улочка,на которой стоит отель, очень спокойная и премиленькая.завтраки в отеле мы не брали и никакими услугами не пользовались.

немого далекова то от центра,но рядом метро. в номере не работал кондиционер,вернее работал на тепло, приходилось на ночь открывать окна и было очень шумно,т.к. окна выходили на дорогу.машин мало,но если кто то проезжал,то подскакивали на кровати.спать просто не возможно.при закрытых окнах тоже слышимость хорошая.а в остальном никаких нареканий.))) отличный отель за свои деньги!

El peor hotel que he utilizado. Mala voluntad del personal, aseo deficiente. Pésimas almohadas, que se negaron a cambiar o aumentar, habiatcion muy estrecha. No puedo recomendarlo, a pesar de su buena ubicación.
