Great location. Nice breakfast.

Only public parking available. The room was to small.

Convenient location right in the heart of the city.

Parking in the city is available, however on the street you have to pay about 2 euros per hour between 9:00am and 7:00pm. Paid public parking in a garage is also available, a few blocks from hotel.

The location was great! Just a few minutes walk from the tgv & train station as well as 10 minutes from the heart of town & Place Stanislas. The hotel is also close to a variety of shopping & a fair-sized mall that has a c & a & Monoprix. The room was funky, yet quaint & my window directly faced the small Place & park. There is also a very good Alsacian restaurant right next to the hotel that offers a good menu & good beer at a very reasonable price, the Taverne.

This is both a plus & a minus - the stan, or tram system runs right in front of the hotel, which is very convenient to take down to the center of town, however, if you're a light sleeper like I, it will wake you up every morning starting at about 5:30 A.M. Lastly, the breakfast area downstairs was nice, but extremely hot! How the French love to turn up their heat & have no air circulating in their rooms! There is a fan on the ceiling but it didn't work, so I had to ask the lady to open the windows & let all the hot, hot air out...which always gets you bizarre looks in France.

We were visiting family nearby, and this hotel had everything we needed, including breakfast. It is really clean and modern, close to Stanislas Park and the town centre.

The room and wc were very clean.

Some sugestions: the room should be with a pleasant temperature at arrival and not with the window opened (it was -1 ºc outdoor); a shampoo liquid should be supplied in the wc and also larger towells; the breakfast should me more complemented with, for example cooked eggs or bacon, prepared fruits, etc...

Our room was on the fifth floor with very nice view from the window - to a square; electric kettle and coffe/tea packs; internet-connection was fast; beautifull staircase with windows looking to the roofs of other buildings

We had a very small room at the top floor 6 and the lift only went to 5 It smell like it had not been in use for some time and the water pressure was ver slow to have a shower It look like the hotel was not full so why did the put us on the top floor Was it for booking .com special !!

Price

Tiny elevator, our room required us to lug our bag up a flight of stairs. The shower had a dirty shower liner (no curtain) and the water temp fluctuated. The walls are very thin - we heard everything that happened in the hallway and other doors opening and shutting.

The rooms were comfortable, the staff friendly, and the front desk had coupons for use at a fantastic local restaurant. It was a good choice for our short weekend visit to Nancy.

The breakfast was limited and cramped for space. It was difficult to feel comfortable while having the breakfast.

Staff friendly and helpful. Extremely well-positioned for our weekend supporting the world duathalon championships. Delicious breakfasts!

Small unimpressive extrance lobby. Room price rocketed for our weekend's stay in a budget-style hotel.

Pretty basic and very small room but clean and acceptable. Very conveniently located right in the centre of Nancy. Didn't research alternatives but you might find something better for not too much extra cost. Ours was a 1 night stopover on a journey which was OK. I wouldn't recommend for more than a few nights.

Hotel organisation and srvice very bad

Good location close to railway and bus stations, and to main shopping area. A quiet area facing a pedestrianised square, the only passing traffic being the rubber wheeled tram route.

A small lift, only just big enough for two people with their luggage. No air conditioning but in compensation the large windows facing the square could be opened.

room had good facilities in a small space; even a bath. There were several free extras-breakfast, welcome drink, even lunch boxes. The location is excellent if you need to be in the city centre

Good hotel, in the center of Nancy, with all the comfort we needed. Good breakfast-buffet and you can park your car around the corner in a cheap but save parkinggarage.

The room had dirt all over the bathoom floor, and the room was the smallest we've ever stayed in - in 100 nights all over Europe in the last 10 years.

The hotel is in a very good location, close to the central train station and bus stops. The tram line is just in front of the hotel. The rooms are very clean. The staff speaks English.

The isolation in the hotel is not good. In the morning you can hear the people in the corridor.
